A bit early for this question imo. We can't be 100% sure on Elysiums conviction and dedication to this project. I know, I shouldn't think that way, but I am a sceptic at heart. (Though I admit my hopes are very high for this projects future)

They won't do this. I would venture to say it is to ease the development from the project creators. 1.12 is the compromise, which lets them focus on fixing buggs and developing content. You are getting vanilla WoW. You are just ahead of the curve. Also, this is a Blizzlike server. Nobody said anything about Blizzsame server. For a guy like me, who champions everthing in Vanilla, the compromise of being a bit stronger than we should before the correct patch is a hit i'm willing to take.

<Iron Edge> has opened its doors wide for recruitment. We are currently recruiting potential raiders and members for the opening of the Fresh Elysium PvP server. This means that, should you apply and be accepted, you will be able to join us on launch. This is a very good opportunity to join us as there are currently only 2 slots that have been made permanent (our MT and myself as a Priest). If you are able to level nicely and gear up before the first raids hit, then you will be in a very good position to become a permanent member of <Iron Edge>. We are a mature guild and would prefer 18+ year old players. We need players who have control of thier lives (eg. stable job, stable education schedule, etc) How to apply: As this is a fresh guild on a fresh server, we will have no gear requirements at the start. However I suggest you look at THIS before you apply, because while our gear requirements will change later on, our raid days (Mon, Wed, Thur) and raid times (EU raid times, 19:00 - 23:00 Gmt+1) will remain permanent. Positions of high value: Druid - This position is extremely limited. As a general rule of optimisation, guilds do not bring that many druids to a raid. They are needed for Utility but they do not excell at any particular roles. To this end <Iron Edge> will only have 2 druids / 3 druids maximum. Hunter - These are required for some fights due to utility, namely Tranquilising Shot. We will only have 3 or so Hunters here. However as we are seeking a balanced raid these spots will require some talented hunters, prefereably with some experience with pulling in BWL suppression room. Shaman - This spot is a bit different. We will be recruiting a lot of shamans, because Totems are just that strong. Any good Horde guild will have atleast 5/6 shamans in every raid. This means that you WILL be replaced very quickly if you are unable to maintain your attendance... <Iron Edge> promotes the aquisition of dedicated players but for shamans this is even more important. Tanks - Our MT position is already solidified. However we will need atleast 2/3 more stable tanks. Like with Shamans, Tanks are extremely important, and if you aren't able to maintain our raiding requirements you will be replaced very quickly. Your position however, should you be accepted as a raider, will be set in stone. You will always get a raid spot. How to apply: You can apply HERE on our recruitment section. I am curious to know how you feel about the OP's suggestion. If I were a betting man, I would say you probably think these alterations should be added. Just a friendly reminder though, this (pic below) is what happened last time you though something should be allowed here that doesn't fit with the project design.

The OP wants it to drop again on the old nost server. That will never happen. You are right though, he could just go fresh server.

This item only drops once. It was the "gateway legendary". After a Binding shard has dropped for for someone, then Thunderfury becomes available to drop on the loot tables.

eew... 12 healers. I'd rather go 10 and have 2 more dps instead. We ran 5/6 sham tops with 3/4 priests and a druid. Edit: poor druids

Nope (alliance), Dreamstate (Horde) are likely the top guilds of thier respective factions. It's actually funny because the rivalry is real. You don't get this sort of entertainment on retail anymore.

Doesn't this make it feel a bit choppy? Also how does it fare with multiple spell effects in a raid?

I normally used those que times to HS to Kargath, then run to Searing Gorge between the gates of BRM and Thorium Point. Some good gank spot cause there is a constant stream of 60s running to BRM. Pretty good honor aswell considering you aren't in a BG.

@Undertanker, what is your normal FPS with your regular settings applied compared to when you run with this?
