Hence why it needs more people.

Usually 125-130 from Georgia.

Zeth is pointless because it's being closed. I'd suggest Anathema if you want PVP, or Darrowshire if you want PVE.

[CLOSED] Zeth'Kur transfers are starting today!
Drain replied to Akira's topic in Official Information
I hope people come to Anathema. This realm is in a bad shape now and needs all the immigrants it can get. You should have no problem leveling because the quest areas are now deserted. -
Any melee class should want Gnomish because the chicken gives you a melee haste buff. The only downside is being unable to make your sappers every week. The best solution, other than reskilling after making it, is to run an alt with Goblin who can make them for you. Note that anything of value as Gnomish is BOE except the death ray and chicken, the first of which is garbage at 60. If you're a caster, you could just go Goblin anyway... because you do not care about a melee buff. The best AOE out of Engineering is sapper charges, which are BOE, but made by Goblin, and since they are consumable... it's nice to be able to make your own. BOE trinkets you only need made 1 time each, then you keep them forever. The same is true for Gnomish boots, which are permanent, vs the Goblin boots, which will eventually explode and need to be replaced. The only other factor is the teleport locations. This will come down largely to preference, but Silithus/Ungoro have far more things to do or farm than just Winterspring, but if you're Horde like myself, it's nice having a spare teleport right next to our main city. In other words, if you are melee go Gnomish, if you're anything else, go Goblin.

At least it wasn't taken away from you, with its enchant also deleted.

GM do someting about hacker, ok?
Drain replied to Raxlol's topic in General Discussion & Suggestions
Travel Form is faster than you are, it has no cooldown, the Druid can spam it until they run out of mana. The walls have certain spots you can jump up. Anyone can do this, and as far as I know, the staff couldn't care less. It sounds like you are just angry that he's better at the game. By the way, in <1 month, you could have went from 1 to 60, so I question why you'd still be in a 30s BG. You should at the very least have leveled past 39. -
Dual Spec, how's it work in vanilla?

AV Weekend, Question for Alliance
Drain replied to jmul1212's topic in General Discussion & Suggestions
Why wouldn't players turtle? They stopped needing honor or rep a long time ago. This realm is ancient, and everyone on it, unless you count alts, is geared raiders with nothing to obtain from PVP. They go into BGs to fight other players, no other reason. In AV, this means turtling, because the enemy faction does not want to fight you. It wants to charge past, skipping everything, going just for general, ending the match, hopefully without having to fight any enemy players at all. So naturally, when they look for a fight, it's by turtling their base. I do the same thing myself... I'm not interested in charging north past everything, avoiding as much of the map as possible, going straight for the general. I either go in there to pick plants, or fight Alliance. Both are done better in turtle matches, neither in short ones. You're complaining to us that you need honor/rep, when we do not. Do not complain about us doing what is in our best interest when you're doing the same for you. You're only interested in short matches where you skip everything because it earns the most honor/rep. How is that fun, exactly? It turns the BG into a repetitive boring bean counter. I often compare it to Mario Kart, but even that is more fun. What you also ignore is that in your constant racing, you inflate the weekly honor counters, meaning everyone (including you) has to work harder to progress. Rather than just... "not" race, everyone has resorted to doing it as much as possible, in order to "out race" everyone else doing it. This is like trying to cheat harder than the other people cheating. What we need is a server that makes the rewards scale with time invested, so when you end a match in 10 fucking minutes, you'd get almost nothing for it. -
It used to drop on Nost. If you had one when you transferred like I did, it was deleted and replaced with the derp hat from Strat. Additionally, any enchants on the cowl were lost, forcing you to re-enchant the new hat.

Using anything other than humans for Alliance fury warriors
Drain replied to Aruni's topic in Warrior
If you don't like Human, Night Elf and Dwarf are perfectly fine races for the class. -
The server seems to have stopped caring about bots. I reported several and they were still there 2 days later doing the exact same laps, hadn't moved at all, couldn't be more obvious. They actually overleveled the mobs down to a gray con because they had grinded same lap for so long without the owners moving them. It's hard to believe such obvious bots can run for so long without a GM noticing, and this is with tickets up for the bots.

In some levels you'll either have to melee, or buy a BOE to shoot something decent. You should melee anyway though, as much as you can, to avoid ammo bills. While you could shoot cheaper bullets, meleeing with decent weapons makes more sense. As BM spec, your pet will do the majority of your damage, so shooting isn't important. After 40, go for savage strikes. You don't need anything in marks pre 60, and aimed shot will just make it harder for your pet to keep aggro.

Does Ground Scorpok Assay stack?
Drain replied to hmmstuff's topic in General Discussion & Suggestions
They will stack with anything except the zanza potions. So, worth using pre ZG, pointless pos ZG. 50 STA+SPI makes more sense than any +25. It's also 2 hours, and doesn't drop upon death. -
People would be more inclined to assist if you didn't make a different troll thread crying like a baby in it.
-
People ignore any stat except dps in their "bis" lists, as if it only means damage. Many items are in fact better than the ones they list, but left out, simply because they don't care about those stats. They create lopsided characters that overly diminish the gain of their own preferred stat because they stack too much of it, while ignoring others. You should have a mixture of stats.

If you're already raiding, you want to max giantstalker, get your quest bow, then whatever else you can. Most people DW the weapons from ZG. The 2 blue rings make a good set, because you'll probably never be given a quick strike. Necklace is ony, which is usually prioritized for physical dps not casters, so you can get one. Cape is from ragnaros, or ZG if you can't get one. 1-2 dragon (t2) isn't worth wearing over 8/8 giant because the bonus is nice, so I suggest sitting on giant until you get at least 3 dragon. The ZG class set is complete trash for Hunter. You go there for weapons/rings/enchants, possibly the gun if you struggle getting a leaf to drop.
-
It's as if this guy has never played the game and is just running his mouth because he got raped in the BGs or something. Hunters are fantastic in BGs if you actually know how to play one.
-
While Blood Fury is complete trash; Orcs still easily wins in a dps role because of the axe skill. There's plenty of axes in raids, but if you're only just getting started at 60... buy 1-2 zulians. This is a top blue axe with a skill bonus on top of it, meaning +9 with 2 on Orc. If you're too broke for 2, you could just get 1 and buy the much cheaper AV axe for the other slot. But Frostbite=unique.

Race means very little for raiding on a Shaman. Troll makes for the best caster with the speed buff. Tauren can take more punishment with health/resist. Orc is most ideal for swinging a nightfall (the only weapon you should swing in a raid). I'd suggest Tauren unless you don't like the cow; then you could consider the others. More health is never a bad thing, and against anything that's not a boss, you bring a nice aoe stun.

Is this guy even talking about the same game?

Transfer to Elysium. I want my name kept.
Drain replied to casperthestoner's topic in General Discussion & Suggestions
Start coming up with new names and reserve them before the transfer. You shouldn't complain here because you willingly rolled on ZK, which was stupid. Now they are bailing you out; you should be thankful you don't have to reroll from scratch, which would also cost you your precious name. You either take your character with a new name, or nothing. -
Just another Typical BG on Elysium
Drain replied to Jdude2021's topic in General Discussion & Suggestions
Whoever queues with a team, usually Alliance. -
Only a junk guild needs Fear Ward. We don't even have this as Horde, with any race. We also don't have Desperate Prayer. The spells we get are totally worthless for our healers. So play whatever race you like, and tell the elitists they can eat your dick.
