Per faction. Am I the only one who played on a full realm? /who giving 2.1k+ results any weekday, and raid nights up to 700 in queue. -
Identifying the location of your player-base on an international server seems vital. Along with expected raid days / times. Specific class needs. Much things, many information.

2x the population at all times of the day, rather than 1/3 of the day due to NA/EU/Oceanic servers back them, now all on one. I'd at least give it a x6 easy, but yes the ratios still are not in our favor. But still better than not having no war-effort. At least now you see the light at the end of the tunnel.

There are not. I have lent upwards of 500+ gold on many occasions without receiving first payment for 2+ weeks. Nothing ever happened. It does not systematically ban you for gold transactions. People may be flagged when dealing with suspicious accounts, but doesn't = ban.

The only value the 2/3 and 3/3 give are for situations that you dodged/parried/are missed with the first or second attack, still giving you 2 charges for block w/o the rage cost. A geared tank with Threat per second gear and or T2 gear will have between 31-33% dodge + Parry, 5% chance to be missed. Lets take the mean of 37% avoidance. If you use shield block closer to the end of the mobs swing timer, 3 swings should happen in the 7 seconds. This allows you to pull more rage for threat abilities rather than reapplying shield block as often; in the event one of the first 2 swings is avoided. On average the 2 extra talent points in imp shield block accounts for 1.85 rage saved per usage of the ability in terms of potential rage saved due to reduced application of the buff to keep crushing blows off the table. So yeah, not worth it.

The people you linked are not magically invented 60s. Realmplayer's sometimes gets bugged uploads and every time you search them you get "error". These "error' uploads were finally cleared out recently and you'll see people that appear to be uploaded with a lot of new gear at once.

You shouldn't quote me and make up shit in the quote. That being said: This "cross faction colluding". Could we also include the cross faction AH as colluding? How about the joint portion of the war effort? If I see a horde that is grinding/leveling/farming and I chose not to kill him, he returns the favor for me. Other people show up and we kill them as they come to prevent over crowding, does that mean him and I are banned? By your standards, yes. Just like in 2005, the same stance is taken here. The GMs will not intervene with issues that can be handled by the players themselves. This includes the Un'goro Mafia/Cartels.

I have a prot warrior and restro druid. I farm gold no problem. It's not that people don't have a way, they just don't have the know how and willingness to do so. Also, people love running around in major cities for extended periods of time doing nothing yet complain about market. Random world epic drop chance 0.025% > 0% because you afk in main cities.

@Roxanne Flowers It was always 1 extra block. I played a tank back in the day. The bug they are referring to was the fact that 1/3 gave you 2 total blocks. 2/3 gave you 1 total block, 3/3 gave you 1 total block. The verbiage used in the patch notes is referring that each level is not getting the extra block - referring to 2 total, not additive throughout the talent tree. You seem to be developing a track record on these forums for thinking of left field questions, not doing any homework on it and expecting the community to do it for you. Rather than being receptive to the information provided, you then become combative when it doesn't meet your thought process.

To the question about +5 or Lifestealing. With a 13% rate on Alcor's, 46 autos, 40 possible globals, 86 attacks a min a 13% a min. 11 procs on average a min at very best assuming rage to use every global. 330 damage / 60 = 5.5 dps before factoring in resist and crit % when world buffed on spell crit. 17% chance to miss, then with CoS MINUS resist on mob you still have an average dps loss of 17.5% due to the boss still having 70 SR after CoS. https://imgur.com/KiY7jHd So calculating Lifestealing with + means we miss 17% by default. 273.9 damage in 60 seconds. Partial resist then cause a 17.5% average damage loss. Giving us 226 average same every 60 seconds. 226 / 60 3.76 dps Factor in the heal, you get 5.64 TPS if you have enough rage for every global. If world buffed can then add +3 / +5 / +10 spell crit for 50% , more damage/heal depending on what buffs you get, at best this can increase the effectiveness up to 0.5 TPS, giving it an average value of 6.14 TPS if no heal aggro is over heal. That all being said, these were discussions for infinite rage days. Crusader can be used for more an average 90 AP. +5 damage would equate to around the same as crusader, but is evened out rather than sporadic. TLDR: Just use crusader until 15 agility -

What Jeetee said. Just because their are multiple mobs doesn't mean AoE is the answer. Single target burns down adds one by one faster, making threat easy on you, and you take less damage as the fight goes on, making it easier for the healer. The shield gives enough aggro along with cleave to hold healing aggro while people single target. IMO the inflated numbers are 25% - 30% too high. Population for average online is 2.5x-3x that of a 2005-server. Add in the EU / Oceanic / US all being on the same server, can multiply the player base by x3 again. 2.5x3 - 3x3. Mats should have been inflated by 7.5x-9x.
