Correct they are not. Though certain mobs have a vulnurablity to a specific school. Go to the tar pits in Un'Goro and tag them with some fire-spells to see what I mean.

Anathema drops population on Friday and Saturday night. Where was this post when Anathema was at 8K at 6:00am est? Friday / Saturday nights are typically are not raid days. People are either farming, grinding 5 mans, leveling, or playing another toon on one of the newer servers. Once the mass population of Elysium is 60 and done their pre-raid, you'll see a more level population on a Friday / Saturday night. After pre-raid there isn't gonna be a lot to do. Run MC once a week for the 3 good items due to bad itemization and an Onxyia, all done in 1 night. In a couple months, Anathema will have each week, ZG x 2, AQ20 x 2, MC x 1 BWL x 1, AQ 40 x 1, Onxyia x 1 (2 every 4 weeks). People are getting their leveling out of the way now before the raid content availability increases. I too mess around on ZK with an alt between farming and raiding, though my time is limited compared to 2 years ago.

Warlock start topping meters in Naxx. This may seem odd, since warriors are gear dependent, yes. But there is a lot of great warrior gear with hit through MC/BWL, and great weapons. Warlock lack hit gear until ZG/AQ40. Most mages fall behind by a little to locks end game, and top end mage dps is skewed by Ignite buff, which all the dps goes to whom ever starts the rebuff, while other mages contribute to keeping it going.

"Not enough rep for 1-run"... This has been covered, you farm rep in in Silithus, you get rep off trash. Trash (Dogs and rock elements) respawn in a short amount of time. The "I'm going to roll fresh for level playing field" people are just butt hurt at what people been telling you all along. You will always be behind somebody else. Comparing 2005 leveling to now? Questing was painful back then when a quest says "somewhere in the world" Now people have add-ons integrating all the information you need on your map and quest log. Known grind spots, which quest not to do. Stronger abilities to level with. More class knowledge. And you guys got insane dynamic respawn rates to increase grinding, kill quest and the works. TFW you wait a month to play and day dream about server first, and you missed it by 25 levels. Enjoy Molten Core.

It is not allowed. 1. It was already answered in another thread with same topic. 2. You are attempting to create an exchange of gold for a benefit outside of the server. That is clearly against the rules. Don't do it. To the people that have you incorrect information: You could have easily gotten 2 people banned for your bad assumptions.

When everybody is a leveling spec, crowd control can be helpful which a warrior lacks. Not every dps needs to CC, 1 CC is good enough, but you still may limit interest from other groups. Your damage will be fine and comparable to other classes as long as you are not underleveled for the content. (research glancing blows). You should be using a 2-hander and not duel wielding and the severe lack of hit gear isn't much of an issue. Within a raid enviroment, even though you may be DPS spec and play that role, your name WILL be called upon to tank a mob here and there. Some pulls/bosses have a lot of adds to deal with, and you should be prepared to adjust accordingly. As a DPS, regardless of your level, you should always have a 1h + shield with you. The prot warriors will get their gear and then funnel gear to the DPS warriors to make them better tanks when needed for the adds they are asked to deal with. /thread

I didn't get my mount until level 52 on Nost. You will be okay, just limit your travel quest, and keep grinding.

@katris While your intentions are good, don't answer questions you do not know the answers to. It does more harm than anything, as new people may stop after your "answer" and now have incorrect information they too will share.

Maybe you can /wave them to death.
