While they have a few fights the are good on due to the mechanics and assignments of other DPS classes, top 5-10 end game is not realistic if all DPS are playing to their potential. They are one of the least gear dependent classes, which means they scale not so great with gear compared to other classes. So when first starting with your guilds in MC, yes you can be top 5-10. End game Naxx, by happy if you see yourself top 15.

That is what I am trying to educate you on. You are thinking of PPM the wrong way. In mid TBC + items had a set "PPM" because the system would limit items from procing in succession which is referred to as an Internal Global Cooldown. Only about 2 items in Vanilla have this, one being the force reactive disk of 1 second. In Vanilla items can proc 100 times in a row, not probable, but theoretically possible. You'll see people say things such as PPM in Vanilla, but that is ONLY referring to enchants/items that do not have a % to proc on their tool tip. An example of a % to proc item would be HoJ 2%. Yet DMC: Maelstrom does not mention a percent. A few rare enchants such as Blazing Weapon have a set % proc rate and is not effected by weapon speed, but most are. Lets take crusader for example again: If somebody says crusader has a 1PPM they are telling you that with Auto-Attack only (very important there) with a weapon speed of "x" on average it will proc 1 time. This information is only useful to help us find the actual Proc-Rate of the enchant based on the weapon speed we chose. We then apply that proc rate % to our global cooldown abilities + autoattacks to give us estimated benefit of the enchant compared to the weapon speed we are using. Because Sul'Thaze proc is on the weapon itself, the base weapon speed can not be changed. Since we already have the proc rate of 9.53% we are not concerned with the auto-attack only test to generate a PPM, because it does not matter, we already have the information we need which is the proc rate %. Only items and enchants that can be applied to multiple weapons of different speeds would we need to figure that out so we can tell you the proc rate % of any given weapon speed. It's non adjustable.

No problem. You shouldn't worry about a "ban" just because your email now if different. Having the same email as your original just helps those that have account security issues at the moment that they are attempting to move their account to a new "play-now" account. If it isn't the same email for them, it looks suspicious. Glad I could help. The Admins are very busy and if the community can help each other out, they can focus more time on escalated issues.

Since you are mostly a PVPer and latency is your concerns, while you can't fix the latency, you can help yourself a bit. Get an add-on called Snowfall, this will allow your abilities to work on key press down rather than on key release. Can help even the playing field in reaction time if your opponent isn't using it - ofc we are talking fractions of a second. The second thing to do is invest time in some /stop-casting macros on your abilities as well. The more latency you have, the more these will help you overall.

There are add-ons that turn that off for you (the red system message) and in the audio settings there is a box that you can just click to turn off that - doesn't need an add-on.

Are you using a UK domain email address? A lot of people have reported extreme delays in receiving those or none at all. Verify you've checked your spam folders and trash as well. If still a no-go, can always create a gmail email and create a new account that way to see if you get it. If you do, then it is an issue with the domain rejecting those or filtering the emails out before it hits your inbox.

Regardless if SotC increased your attack speed by 500% your base weapon speed (the speed on the weapon tool tip, in this case 2.9) is what the proc rate will be based off of. Same thing applies to all classes, rogue or Fury. Crusader has a 1 PPM. On a 2.9 delay weapon with crusader it has a proc rate of 4.83%. Even if on my fury warrior I get Flurry going, and bezerkering racial for troll; though my ATTACK speed is hastened, it will not increase the proc rate of 4.83%. If a rogue pops slice and dice + Bezerkering racial for troll + Blade Flurry the crusader proc will still be based off of the Based weapon speed (2.9) for it's established proc rate of 4.83%. Only the base weapon speed will change the proc rate, not your hastened attack speed.
