Nope. Also if you wanna bring up 20 mans, a deep frost will out perform even better because of Shatter. Will easily be one of the top dps on trash packs because of it. Faster trash cleared = faster instance run. (including AQ20) So if your guild is not in AQ40 but is doing AQ20, you can still stay frost not problem since your primary raid is still MC/BWL.

Barman Shanker would take a debuff slot = dps loss for raid and get quickly pushed off at that. Only 3 more top end damage, but much lower dps so the % adjustment on ambush/backstab is negligible specially when factoring in the 1% crit and 4ap.

Like Slippery said, edgemasters is still very usefull. 310 is what you are going for, so you'll take 312 with those. 311-315 is when the benefit becomes much smaller, not the 306-310 range. While the gain is smaller than 301-305, it is still worth the cost of other stats. The alternative is getting Maladath, Runed Blade of the Black Flight which puts you at 309 human which then you can use different gloves. As horde, an UD/troll/Tauren would be going for Edgemasters and Maladath. Orc would benefit for a long time on less gear competition vs those who picked other races for DPS and stick with Axe and get Edgemasters. Don't hate on the edgemasters just cause you gotta farm more gold than an epic mount to get a pair. What would be interesting to see is the math behind: Rage of Mugamba and Marshal's Plate Gauntlets on an Orc Warrior using x2 High Warlord's Cleaver for 5 rage hamstring spam to get more WF procs, vs normal dps neck and edgemasters.

While MC and BWL have a lot of Solo or 1-2 tanking bosses, 3 for Val if your dps is low, AQ40 will highlight the benefit of having 3-4 dedicated tanks on some fights. I'm with you on having the 4th tank as feral is nice or a pally, as they can be decurse / cleanse bots, spot healers on some fights, but again an OT not doing anything atm can help nightfall uptime greatly which you have a couple people swinging it. When it comes to Naxx though, for best raid setup, it can differ per fight and you will want to have your alts or other guild members on standby logged outside the instance when/if needed.

No, Vanilla Blizzard quality = crashes when 2k+ people are in the same zone (AQ gate event). I used to work for an outsourced company that troubleshot Macs but from what I can tell from your logs SHOULD fix your issue, however don't hold me to it. I'll provide a quick work around and a long but permanent fix option. First thing to note is that OS X security and disk communication with application has changed a lot over the years and options for providing additional security to your hard drive which Apple has the option to allow "FULL DISK ENCRYPTION" on your hard-drive. If this is/was selected during the initial OS X installation, older applications may have issues launching correctly and receive what appears to be a memory crash since the application wasn't used to handle this type of disk integrated security. In short, the wow.exe doesn't know how to make itself appear legit to your disk. Now for your options as promised before: You can install parallels on your Mac to be able to launch Windows on your machine. Install WoW on that and all your Mac Client seeding and crashes related to boat/ship are fixed as well. Other option is to reinstall your OS X and ensure to not select Full Disk Encryption during the setup process so older application do not have issues launching with Apple OS X newest encryption techniques. If neither of these options work for you, simply sit back and reflect on why you have a MAC attempting to play games in the first place. Hope this helps for a good starting point.

It comes with the territory of private server vets clearing the same two raids over and over for years. Only 23 guilds in Vanilla cleared Naxx, and many many many never killed twin emps/Cthun, much less stepped foot in AQ and downed the first boss.

Hit each with instant cast moonfire rejuvenation yourself, swap cat hit one with DoT combo builder and combo finisher, swap bear, frenzied regeneration while auto attacking the one with 3-DoTs on it. Swipe if it is still alive after regeneration falls off. Once it is dead, stun second mob, swap normal stance, low rank regrowth, moon fire, cat and kill with instant attack damage. If you are committing to one specific form while solo/leveling/pvp as a druid, roll a different class, preferably the one that resembles the class you only want to impersonate.

Most 5 man blue gear is better than MC gear.

@Device You continue to give incorrect information based off of your retail experiences. Please spot for the better of the community. @OP You can expect 3-4 tanks per raid. There are usually 12-14 melee spots in raid. So if you bring 7 rogues, you have room for 5-7 fury warriors. 1 less if you bring a feral. You don't need to PvP to be successful in PVE, though it does give you a nice head start. PVE gear catches up.
