No it doesn't regenerate a lot of health, but do this: Take the extra damage received from the intentional /sit crit, then count the hp you got back from being crit. If you are grinding mobs at or right below your level, it actually equals out to you taking less damage after factoring in the heal. (Some mobs hit hard but this is true for the majority while leveling)

Alchemy herb. See my advice in the leveling guide. Pretty much you Will always have hp options. +str/agility potions, armor pots, underwater breathing for a few quest needed, mana pots to give your 5man healer. You will die MUCH less. Once you are 60 you can drop ONE of the professions for engineering. Do not drop your professions until you have enough gold to power level 1-300 engineering and buy your shield (if you plan on tanking). Grenades and other engineering items are needed for competitive end game PvP as well.

No, this is primary pre level 30. You will be in battle stance while leveling, no tact mastery needed. Just the ability learned from trainer. Pummel you Will get at 36 or something (just off top of my head).

How it is less chance to get those weapons on Nost PVP. Competitive guilds have a lot of those already, we gave 3 Vis'Kag to tanks before shut down to use for 5mans, solo/farming/threat when rage starved. All our dps had one. Their damage reduction from armor increases by over 25% more even with a shotty green shield on. A tanks job is to hold threat AND reduce incoming damage taken. If a healer has plenty on mans, they can opt to dps SOME and will more than cover any extra "damage" your autos would have done with a 2h weapon over a 1h weapon. You will be spamming sunder armor and revenge, so a 2h ,doesn't help but with a little bit more rage rage, but your uptime on revenge will be out the window because you can't shield block. The only time it is regularly helpful to swap to a 2h mid combat is if the only things alive are magic damage mobs ONLY, any other time you took more damage than you should have which is only used for an opening to a pull for some AoE pulls and are considered advanced tactics. Try it again on the 3rd stress test without being in raid first. See if the issue persist. I know even on Alli on the boat, if I was in raid, I would get disconnected. So if I was on the boast to go kill Onxyia, I would drop raid right before the zoning happened, and get my raid invite right after to avoid a DC.

I got for a green stam chest and move on. I level warrior as fury until 40 for /sit enrage so extra stam is nice. That spec isn't very gear dependent and more stam = can kill 2 mobs w/o having to use a potion. Traveling 1 hour to try to do a quest is not my cup of tea, could have grinded 1/2 a level by that time and gotten many green and fodder drops for gold.

In Retail, 2005 AQ gate opening was impossible until like 04:00 in the morning when everybody finally logged off because the couldn't handle 2k + in the same zone. Single Core processing games just are not made for that. It brought the servers down. They would have paid extra for lag, but instead get a 100% broken and shut down server.

Yeah I find it annoying when they post in General discussion, copy it to PVE, copy it to guild recruitment. Make no sense to me. I see the PVE section being discussion, guides and strats on bosses, instances things like that. General discussion questions that could fall under PVE/PVP but is a mixture of both or a legit question about something with server/feature/timeline/bug. Why post looking for guild when there are 4 pages of guilds recruiting, read then find one that fits your needs/times/interest and message there.

Walling Caverns is typically not on the radar for most alliance players. That place has good loot though, won't lie.

This is the way any efficient 5 man healer and solo leveler has to think/play. The same works wonders for Druid as well, and is pulled off due to adding a HoT as your last cast quickly after topping them off with a direct heal. Any mana using class can benefit from this as well. Locks / Hunters / Pally, open up with your few mana costing abilities and finish the second half of the fight with only auto attacks / wands. Doesn't work so much for mages though.

Pretty much what Ellipsea said, OR just click and drag the realmlist txt file to your desktop, open it, make your changes and save. And then click and drag it back to your WoW folder. UAC (User Account Controls) can commonly prevent this as it can detect the parent folder as read only and prevent you from saving these changes unless you drag the txt file out of the folder itself.

A few add-on's have spam filtering built in. I believe Lazypig has it as an option to select, I am sure there are add-ons dedicated to this type of stuff which you can add your own filters such as "leveling service"
