I'd go weeks without being in world chat, and only join it when looking for a pug or 2 while filling up a guild 20 man or an UBRS run.

Does it only happen with Firefox browser?

I've found the majority of the Nost (old server vets) are quiet and waiting while a lot of the new faces are the loud majority on these forums heavily pushing their agenda of ensuring every new face only plays the fresh server. It is a very bias question to ask, as most of the people that will answer that for you will give you the answer to the server they will be playing on for their own reasons. All servers will have a healthy population. Period.

A patch of the recent fixes should be released prior to server relaunch.

I noticed some mobs in Duskwood were not there, until after the server restart, then a lot of mobs were around.

If you plan on being a tank for a competitive guild, you should get to 60 ASAP. Those spots fill up the quickest and have the least turn over rate.

It don't confirm anything. We know what weapon he was using, but he says nothing about only autos. If he is a warrior or druid or shammy or pally, which can make a difference if more than autos were used, and if they had weapon enchanted with another proc. The slower weapon is also reporting a low proc rate, the fast weapon is reporting a much higher rate, again no details on their test. I read your link, no reason to copy paste each comment. There is not any hard evidence here, since the test do not provide in details of the possible variables that could effect said test.

Yeah but what class did the test, was it only autos? Did they have other gear as well with chance on hit items? No way that passes for evidence without questions answered.

Some of the rumored recent fixes are not on there yet, and the search feature doesn't work properly. Give it a search AFTER patch notes pre-launch are put out.

Quel'Serrar uptime would go up as well if SoR is changed/fixed for when mitigation is needed over threat building.

But it doesn't. Killerduki reading a comment about Thrash Blade w/ Fiery weapon = lot's of rage. The lot's of rage was referring to the extra proc on thrash blade, not fiery weapon giving rage. If he can find any proof of it, cool, but he hasn't, just says he say it one time and for me to find it. I've looked for many hours, found no such thing.

Probably the most hypocritical statement you could have made. If everybody took the same approach to you, you would be only raiding as AoE tank spec with the important healing talents and that would be the extend of "the dream". Back to the OP part of your statement: A non properly specced healer or tank may add 10-15 minutes to your run at MOST due to extra drinking between pulls. So if you turn down a leveling spec player and continue to look for a person feeding into their raid spec while leveling, for more than 15 minutes, you are in fact the one that isn't being "efficient".
