I mention until Titanic Leggings because with a fury using BoA would then be able to use Hakkar neck and Gun as well. The difference is small but it is there. We are back to 8% hit again? Not 9%?

Ironfoe: How many runs did it take you?
Undertanker replied to Imjustaguy's topic in Dungeons & Raids
An ingame friend of mine got his on his first run as well. Pure RNG on all items in game...... stupid ass NR tank helm....... #141 runs havn't seen it. -
I've been on vacation and finally getting caught up on some of the deeper listed threads. All I can say is WOW....... Do I have to copy and paste my Thunderfury argument here? Then you have others commenting things have to do damage to proc things. Wrong - immune targets, absorb, and applicable debuffs that require a weapon or are from a weapon should all proc abilities. Remember the first TF nerf? The secondary target DEBUFF (zero damage) was proccing off itself having a 30% chance of doing 300 damage and reproccing TF off each secondary target, creating a chain that was OP. The weapon alone was nerfed to not proc off itself, not the mechanic of non-damage abilities allowing procs in general. Shield Slam, Bash, Pummel shouldn't proc things, wrong. While you are technically not using the arm of the weapon you hold, it follows suite of chance on hit. Not chance on hit with this arm or not. As long as a ability is not missed, dodged, parried, it can trigger procs from weapons / enchants / trinkets / armor set bonuses. Manual restrictions were added for specific cases, TF / Extra Swing restrictions. Devs and GMs asserting changes and decisions based on updates made beyond the horizon of 1.12.1. Wrong. Should TF threat from procs be nerfed? Cause that was done in TBC.... Poison Elixirs being nerfed because that was done in what... WotLK? That was wrong too. Thanks for making that change after I dumped 500g on venom sacks btw, I got about 5 gold of that back on AH. Revenge damage was increased greatly as soon as TBC came out because tank threat was too low based on the damage raid members were doing, you gonna change that for me too? Procs were given ICG (Internal Global Cooldowns) because stacking proc/chance on hit items deemed too strong when paired with 3/4 stormshroud / 4/8 D2, and other combinations beyond their item levels. Should we be expecting this as well? This is an emulation 1.12.1 VANILLA server. The emulation should end there, not at 2.x.x. No. My previous calculations in a different thread in regards to it's value were based on correctly working with Sunder and providing an additional 40 globals possible per minute (ie sunder included). Ironfoe will still hold the same value for a tank matching a stat-less 56.2 dps weapon.

Tanks > Rogues > Fury. Tanks will use BoA until T3 chest. Rogues will use BoA until 4/9 T3. Fury Warriors will use BoA until 1.10 Titanic Leggings. Hunters will use BoA until Applied Force + Dragon Ring / ZG Signet Ring Set. Tanks have the longest life span for that ring hands down.

6: Shield Slam and Bash are counted as main hand weapon damage and the procing of events from those abilities is a vanilla feature. 8: Yes it can. Though to note that DMC: Maelstrom proc rate is much lower than it initially was on Nost causing the majority of the server to bank/vendor them or use farming. Feral druids may still hold interest due to the static percentage proc rate and their fast attack speed. 9: White hits / Yellow Hits / Extra Swing Hits / Weapon Procs such as Thunderfury can all proc DMC: Maelstrom, however periodic damage can not. Refective damage such as thorns and essence of the pure flame can not proc the trinket or any weapon procs. 10: The amount of damage an ability does should not dictate whether the trinket will proc or not. An ability that does 0 damage or 2,000 damage would have the same proc table. This can be identified with weapon procs and DMC: Maelstrom being able to proc off a bubbled pally or Nef during a pally call. My abilities will do 0 damage / immune yet the procs still go off. 11: Yes cleave/AoE type attacks can proc DMC: Maelstrom and other weapon procs on the additional targets hit. Bonus: Procs can proc off of themselves with the exception of Extra Swing procs and Thunderfury (was implemented for TF because the AoE debuff that does 0 damage (kinda like sunder armor is a debuff) would still have a 30% chance (was the proc rate of TF at the time) to trigger the main target 300 damage ability on the secondary targets. This could cause a chain reaction of TF proccing not only the debuff to all 5 mobs, but each jump had a 30% chance to also hitting that target with 300 damage. This lead to fury warriors doing 42% damage of a raid on phase 1 of Nef and quickly after came the nerf. The fact that the proccing ability from the TF debuff had to be manually removed from that specific weapon is an easy indicator that Sunder being a debuff only SHOULD also have the ability to create procs with the same limitations above. Items such as Vis'Kag, Deathbringer, DMC: Maelstrom, 2/4 set Stormshroud, and enchants such as Firey Weapon, Lifestealing, Blazing can all proc other procs (even proccing themselves off itself ie: Firey Weapon proccing Firey Weapon), however the procs will not trigger extra swing.

The Alcors limited use has been explained above, Distracting Dagger is an off hand weapon, so prob not very good to be tanking without a shield on. Just buy a Julie's Dagger is you don't have another 1.3 speed or Mag Fist weapon and move on from this question. More detail into Ironfoe from a tank perspective, it provides around an 8% rage generation from damage done for non-humans, putting it in line with a stat-less 56.2 DPS weapon. If you are human, this weapon will be used over Crul for threat tanking, is equal to Vis'Kag due to the .2 slower speed giving more crusader uptime, and is beaten out by CTS. Orc: Crul > Deathbringer > Ironfoe (almost equal to Deathbringer) Human: CTS > Vis'Kag > Ironfoe (almost equal to Deathbringer) Non Human/Orc: Crul > CTS > Ironfoe Above is just purely a TPS standpoint to get a good idea of how certain weapons perform from an "overall" (EHP / Mitigation + Avoidance / Threat) standpoint, feel free to check out my Tanks Points thread. I recently updated with a more accurate proc rate percentage for Quel. https://forum.elysium-project.org/topic/22798-tank-points-by-undertanker/
 -
Updated weapon list for Quel to have a 6.66% proc rate, adjusting ranking as such.
 -
Swiftstrike Cudgel it's okay but still doesn't compete with a 1.3 speed weapon regardless of the +1 hit. You'll get 23% more Heroic Strikes with a 1.3 speed over a 1.6 speed, which overcomes the lack of 1% hit on Val.

Can you suppress popup error messages ?
Undertanker replied to bend's topic in General Discussion & Suggestions
You can try deleting your WTF folder. As the error is occurring outside of your client (OS) you can also attempt to change WOW to Full Screen Windowed Mode. In this case, if deleting your WTF folder doesn't fix the issue, it should at least stop the client from minimizing and showing your error frame. -
Vis'Kag to fury warriors "If alli" as proc gives rage > shit rogues > good rogues whom will be put to the back of the line for CTS. Once AQ is on the horizon, CTS to fury warriors and your bottom rogues, as AQR would be fed to your best rogues first. A proper loot council may reward items to lower performers that are not BiS to ensure gear that drops is being used for as long as possible prior to being replaced. Feeding every upgrade for a specific to the same person(s) is wasting your drops and is detrimental to your guild. The class leader should be responsible for correcting any underperforming rogue based on current gear. Quitting the guild at the first sign of LC going over your head in a matter you do not understand most likely did that guild a favor. We used a spreadsheet and had class/race prio with 4 person deep on who is getting what and why. Transparency to your reasoning of loot distribution is key to prevent rage suits of pixels like your story portrays.
 -
A weapon for farming for either class. Swap to it when mob / PVP target is low HP. Swap back to your main 2H weapon after dealing killing blow. Do this or vendor it.

Consider eventual open transfers from ZK/Ely/Darrow -> Anathema in the future

KeK at "Elysium is fine" statements. 50% population drop before AV, much less BWL. Fan boys be like: -
Delete your toon. It helps, since full explanations do not.
 -
In A proper LC, mages would be fed Mish (2crit), Shadow Priest T2.5, Locks T2.5 (1 hit 1 crit). There competition for that token, I should just get it out if the way for the priest imo, but not everybody will feel that way.
 -
Kid ask for help, gets it, and then throws flame at everybody. #Entitled If duel wielding: Miss: 24.6% Dodge: 5.6% Parry: 0% Glancing blow: 40% Block: 0% Critical hit: 29.8% Normal hit: 0% Tanking Miss: 5.6% Dodge: 5.6% Parry: 5'6% Glancing blow: 40% Block: 5.6% Critical hit: 37.6% Normal hit: 0% If using 2h: Miss: 24.6% Dodge: 5.6% Parry: 0% Glancing blow: 40% Block: 0% Critical hit: 48.8% Normal hit: 0% Adjust miss based on your plus hit gear. Certain items stack, certain ones do not. There are threads about this. Some items only stack a little bit. Like a Scroll of Protection IV gives 200 of the 450 armor.

				[GUIDE] Fury Pre-Raid-BiS-List / Specs / Enchants(Updated to Patch 1.8)
Undertanker replied to Mitycircin's topic in Warrior
Ironfoe is stat dependent so use the sword as your OH until you get Felstriker if possible. Swap to Deathbringer main hand once you get Edge masters and pair with Crul. Run double Deathbringer or Vis'Kag + Maeldeath with Edge masters if Crul has a long line for horde. Alli Crul line is shorter. -

C'Thun and Ouro 1 day longer. (in regards to progression ie: previous boss dead, how long it took to kill the next) But yes I'd be fine with your suggested timeline as well. Gives hope and sooner than later. -

The only solution for the Anathema and servers
Undertanker replied to xploit's topic in General Discussion & Suggestions
In all respect I believe this will happen. It allows more time for Naxx Scripting rather than doing a per-wing release like a few other projects have done, and focus on what is already released that needs some polishing ala Ossirian shards. The timeline of Elysium couldn't hurt to be sped up a little bit as well. You already have a 35%ish attrition rate on that server since release and that is with 1/4th of the 40 mans 0/2 of the 20 mans released. Allow X amount of time after certain % of active guilds have cleared BWL then push ZG. If people knew in 6 months the war-effort would be out it would give light at the end of the tunnel for Anathema current players and give other players a reason to roll there as well knowing they are not investing 250+ hours just to struggle to find a team or have only 1-2 options of whom to join with. -

Yeah I am currently having to reroll and start all over or do 20 man pugs only. In a Lebron James voice - "I'll be taking my talents to <Pacific> Elysium". And will make a different class other than warrior so WHEN (because I'm a dreamer) the servers merge I'll have an additional toon to bring to the table: Prot War / Restro Druid / add Dwarf Priest. #ThunderFuryTransmuteBot -

Good deal, thanks for the clarification. Raid overflow is very important and helps to ensure longevity and most importantly allows people to take nights off to prevent from being burnt out. Playing a game should be for fun, and not feel like an obligation.
