There's some truth in this one. @OP, once you get used to the fights and know where the most incomming damage is, it becomes not that complicated. Playing around with different spells and different ranks combined with constant stopped pre-casts should be all you need. And you level a healer the same way you level other classes, the only difference is you're less likely to die playing a healer. Go to the Priest section for leveling tips if you're rolling a priest.

According to Duki you can use all three spells that many times with 500 intellect.

My questions are concerning the IP lock function that was introduced around January or February this year on Nostalrius, enabling players to lock their accounts through an in-game command. I don't know if Elysium will have this function as well. Is the IP lock still in tact/active? It should be transfered over along with the account data and credentials, right? I'm asking this just in case my specific Nostalrius credentials has been 'hacked' in that 7 months interval. Obviously, I'm using different login/password in the different forums/servers I use. Just making a safety check if it's still active. And one more question I want to ask about the IP lock; if somehow my IP changes and I'm unable to retrieve my previous address, will there be a 'unlock' function on the web page control panel? Or some other way to unlock your account in case this happens. I know it sounds fishy but I've had my ISP changing my IP address randomly in the past several years without prior notification and I would like to avoid any inconviniences if this happens again. At the moment I'm using the same IP address so I'm not too worried about entering in a 'IP lock limbo'. Thanks in advance.

Maining a priest is a smooth experience. Can farm properly even in Holy spec, OS gear is not hard to get. Priests have good raid presence and utility in both specs, a bit more as Holy ofc. Doesn't get boring in any patch, Mind Control can't get boring. Becomes a little expensive consumables-wise if you go shadow. In PvP a good Priest is pain in the попа for the opposing team.

Kilergooby, pls. Stop embarrassing yourself. You can't compare two players' DPS when they were not in the same raid. Also, we can't see consumables used or innervates/mana tides recieved. How is this even a proof? Why is it so hard for you to say 'sorry, i was wrong' and end it.

And once you get above 300 shadow/spell damage, the difference grows even bigger and that's not even counting curses, nightfall, etc. debuffs. Starshards is useful for it's arcane damage and if you're conserving mana because it costs 60 mana less than 2xMind Flay. Other than that, sadly, no.

Mind Flay should beat Starshards on damage due to percentage bonuses from talents and debuffs. No clue on Starshards' spell coefficient though. You'll be using some items with just shadow damage bonus so it shouldn't matter much.

You are going to have bad time with that internal GPU. The rest of the specs are good enough.
