What is the NA to Europe ratio on Anathema?hakoon replied to Into's topic in General Discussion & Suggestions Vive le Canada :) But yes, I easily noticed it. In peak time, there is like 6k+ players online and it's for EU time. During NA evening (where I would guess the majority of us can play - after workday, diner, preparing kids and all -) there is about 3,5k to 4k players online. Still pretty good if you ask me. On old Nost when it all started, we were 3,2k online at NA night and we all thought it was huge population lol which isnt false at all. And when it got to 8k online, it became barely playable. Only concerned to me with Anathema, is the lack of new players influx. Players quitting surpasses new players on the server i would think. Would be interesting to see the exact numbers but it's another story.

Hello team! I'm sorry to create yet another thread about it. But I wanted to show to everyone how that guy became completely insane. On his twitter, he try to show like a martyr saying he got banned and everything because he pretends ''showing evidence of bad behaviors from staff etc'' and the only comments on his tweeter that you can see are people supporting him and saying '' we are with you Alex on this''. You know why? because he deletes and ban people who are WITH Elysium and WITH the private WoW community and projects. That is right. What you guys should know is Alex is closely monitoring his own twitter. Here is he tweet I posted on his recent tweet regarding his ban : Cajtík a aimé votre Tweet 22 min: @Alexensual You are a SHAME to the whole Vanilla WoW community. You are way more despicable than the old Nost team became. Well deserved BAN. And he deleted it within the next 5 minutes and blocked me from his whole twitter account. Vous avez été bloqué. Vous ne pouvez ni suivre @Alexensual, ni voir les Tweets de @Alexensual. Sorry it is in french : But it says '' you have been blocked. You cannot follow Alexsensual nor see the tweets of Alexensual. there was also another guy saying ''well deserved ban'' it disappeared with my own tweet. So are all the others ones that were in favor of the ban and against his recent actions towards the wow vanilla community. Who is manipulating the truth and facts and trying to shut up people?? It's Alexensual himself. This guy has no credit at all, he is just trying to sink this whole project because all he wants his more subscribers and views. He have done only harmful videos recently towards most of the others private WoW projects for trivial reasons. (Alex: ''dont play this X or Y server: they have a vanity items shop that is used so they can keep hosting their server'' I know im not following my own advice by posting this thread, but I suggest we all ignore him from now on. What I wanted to show with my thread is the evidence that this guy cannot be trusted as he gives same medecine to anyone who is voicing their opinion about him, but which arent supporting him. He is just a conspirator himself towards Elysium and any other WoW projects for ''fame''. Like someone said : talk about me in good, talk about me in bad, as long as people keep talking about me''. Biggest hypocrites ever on youtube. Elysium, if you want to close or delete this thread, it's all fine by me if you feel I shouldnt feed the troll that Alex became.
-
I agree with you Unbreakable. But I thought it was important to show to the Elysium community who will unfortunately hear about the whole thing that he is also one of the biggest hypocrites on that matter. Some people (no idea why) are still following him and believing him no matter what. -_-

I've been in ST at lvl 53 two times and was top DPS on my first run and as good as the mage in the 2nd run. I am 2hand arm warrior. But, I am fighting with Destiny+crusader. Therefore, I would say warrior is probably the classe that DPS scales the most with gears. For sure If I was still swinging around my Truesilver Champion, I would most probably be 3rd on the DPS chart and trailing behind by a lot, over the healer and tank ofc.. So if you want to be DPS, just start your own group, and commit to it to proves to your party members that you can DPS. So get potions, elixirs, buffs, epics weapons and enchants. Otherwise, you wont be able to compete at all. At 60, I will have no choice but to switch to DW fury and hunts for the +hit % gears... Because all people will tell you ''2hander DPS isnt viable for alliance'' Horde side, you can tho with windfury totem, but you are still an alien for hardcore raiders.
-
How can you say it's bad? it has the same freaking effect (proc) that a Thrash Blade that every one when they get it uses until lvl 60 or so, same freaking effect than HoJ that all dpser wish to obtain asap or same effect than an Ironfoe, Please explain to me how bad it is because I might be ignorant on this. For me, it proc quite often.

	Sold already. Thanks anyways.

LOL no idea why you tell me this. I've never played Legion nor any WoW expensions past WotlK. Good try tho. Decisions matters have nothing to do about that fact. People wants to fully experience the gameplay of WoW. Not just one aspect of it. There is PvP on one side and PVE on the other one. I think we should be able to enjoy both without having to go bankrupt for it.

That's why I think one of the best and only good feature that are not blizzlike on another well known vanilla project was to cap the talent respec to 10g max. As a warrior, you can't expect to pvp at a decent level and tank during raiding nights. Therefore, ''respeccing'' is kinda a must betweeen raid times... But at a 50g it's almost impossible... Same for many classes (paladins would want to respec to retribution during AV time or when farming, when they arent raiding). Anyways, there isn't anything we can do about it other than paying or not respeccing :)
-
Could someone post here the progressive cost of talent respec please? I know it starts at 1g, afterward, i think it increase to 2g, then 5g,then 10g, but then, I have no idea if it increase to 15g or to 20g... Thanks in advance,

[GUIDE] Fury Pre-Raid-BiS-List / Specs / Enchants(Updated to Patch 1.8)hakoon replied to Mitycircin's topic in Warrior I understand what you mean about sustained DPS. But on an entire run of dungeon/raid, Destiny has already a good basic DPS of 53.8 so this shouldn't be that bad at first. Then if you add it's proc which should be around same % than Arcanite Champion/Truesilver Champion wich is +/- 5% (which what most ppl report having recorded as proc rate for Destiny), add crusader proc rate as well and on a 2 or 3 hour run, that's significant boosted DPS, woudn't be? Boosted DPS and boosted BT as well. I was just thinking about it since i got that sword. Currently lvl 50 so I cannot test it yet. But I was considering using that sword from lvl 52 to 60 (with crusader enchant on it) until i get a worthy replacement. Could be great as arm with the sword specialization for more proc chance or especially fury for that boosted BT I'm talking about.

[GUIDE] Fury Pre-Raid-BiS-List / Specs / Enchants(Updated to Patch 1.8)hakoon replied to Mitycircin's topic in Warrior Maybe it's been answered elsewhere in the forums or on other websites but I failed to find anything about it. Why is Destiny not listed as a top weapon to get as fury 2hander? I mean, with the proc, a crusader enchant, and the diamond Flask, it can boost massively your total AP for awesome burst damage with Bloodthirst. 200+100+75 = 375 str boost * 2 = 750 AP *0.45 = +338 damage from BT. That does'nt look bad at all. What you guys think? I may be missing informations about it which is why I'm asking that question here. thanks,

Do you mean you didnt transfer it back from Nostalrius the first days the tokens were available? if so, I'm afraid to tell you that Nostalrius stopped the tokens for transfering characters from previous Nost database. therefore, anybody who didnt use the tokens generators in the first few days it was available will never be able to recover their characters back. I'm sorry. If it's not what you are saying, then you should open a game ticket to a GM or post a thread under the technical support forum so the staff can investigate. Hope this help, Hakoon

Deadwife of <All Lucky Sevens> is a ninjahakoon replied to Reggi's topic in General Discussion & Suggestions I know this thread is already 11 days old. But as a member of All Lucky Sevens for the past few weeks, I have to say that this behavior is not tolerable and not acceptable within our guild and especially not from our Guild Leader. We for sure cannot watch all behaviors and manners of our members as we are more than 100 members currently in the guild. Take note that Deadwife left our guild about 2 weeks ago and we for sure will not accept him anymore. I will make sure this story falls in the hear of our GM. Most All Lucky Sevens players are like any others legit players enjoying the game and being fair with our others party members.

Whens fresh start server?hakoon replied to terrorclaw143's topic in General Discussion & Suggestions You guys might be right about the DDoS I guess. I was not playing when it happened, so all I saw when I came back from my tryhard time at Hearthstone was the K1 population was gone, therefore I assumed it was because most players lvl 50 and lower migrated to K2 and all new players influx just prefered to roll on that new server which is common sense. Therefore, my fear comes from there. As long as that new server doesnt sux up the majority of new players and old players away from both already established PVP/PVE Nost realm, I will be very happy. Because I am one of the Nost player who want to resume with my old lvl 41 character. Therefore, I would HATE to see all new players and most players below lvl 50/60 to start fresh which would cause a shortage of population prior lvl 60 with a medium population due to all those old players resuming with their lvl 60s. And no, to answer someone else saying we are from Kronos trying to fear everybody, I for sure I'm not. I indeed play on K2 now but I will be VERY HAPPY to come back to my lvl 41 warrior which I always missed since Nost shut down. Getting a very low pop because of the new server, would instead prevent me to come back, low population = no fun. That's what Nost was all about : huge and great community. I loved when there was 6k players online at the same time. Dont care if killing NPC quests took forever, at least the whole realm felt so alive it was amazing.

Yes they will on the respective servers they were first created : PVP nost will be xfered to the Elysium PVP server, PVE to the PVE, and there will be that fresh new PVP server with no Database transfer on.

Whens fresh start server?hakoon replied to terrorclaw143's topic in General Discussion & Suggestions Hi Pottu, thank you for taking the time o answer to my post and concerns. I do agree with you that former Nost had an enormous playerbases in order to have a constant 6k (at least) players online at the same time 24/24. What was cool in that time is that all level brackets and zones were very populated so finding groups was really easy. And yes, there was enough population to split that server in two, and makes it two distinct PVP servers of high population. However, what Elysium is offering isnt to split the Nost PVP population in two, but to directly open a brand new server with no already lvl 60 players. My concerns is mainly regarding population of players prio to lvl 60. Yes I also agree with you that a lot of high end guilds will want to continue their progress where they were at, (AQ, MC, BWL, etc) instead of starting off from scratch. But like you also mentioned here : ''Certainly majority of the new players will go to the fresh start realm.'' is exactly what I'm worried with. We do not wish that the old PVP realm is high populated of lvl 60 players. We want it to be as balanced as it used to be, from lvl 1 to 60. With a new fresh server, all new players will simply start on that one instead of the old Nost realms. Which is exactly create a gab in the population, high population of lvl 60, very low population prior to 60 which will cause players to have huge issues for finding a group for dungeons such as Deadmines, WC, RFK, etc, etc. I don't think that's what everybody wants. I would have no problem if you would split up the current pvp nost database to equally spread it on both pvp realms. (still keeping intact each guilds ofc), that would not create a ''fresh new realm'' for new comers therefore those new players would start their char on oneor another of both servers. but I know that solution isn't really possible. Therefore, new realm will have a well balanced populations from lvl 1 to 60, while old PVP nost realm will be high population on paper, but mostly at lvl 60. I just hope I dont know what im talking about and I will be wrong.

Hopefully you are right j9a2per1990. But I do think Nost PvP server only had a large population because there was no fresh new quality PVP server available back then. So new players and current players (at that time) kept joining and starting new characters on the Nost pvp server. Furthermore, it was also the only realm available that had a high population for NA players (Kronos, dislike it or not because they offer stuff for money, is still a quality realm available to us, but they used to lacked the population for NA players before Nost shut down their server) which also helped keeping the Nost population to a sky high level. Now that a fresh pvp server will be released with most probably its own timeline of contents, ALOT of players, new and former Nost players, will prefer to race to 60 as a same wave on it (especially after 7 months of inactivies with their old Nost progress, I know some players that just cant remember their username/password for their old account)... leaving empty the vast majorities of the leveling zone pre-60 on both former PVP Nostalrius/Elysium server AND Kronos 2 (Kronos, who gladly accepted the Nost refugees back then, and even if we can disagree with their line of conduct towards free or not that free items/services, most of Nost players were glad they opened a fresh server to let them continue their vanilla wow experience.) I am far from being a prophet, but I am pretty sure Nost pvp/pve server population will become low after a few weeks of it's relaunch date, Kronos 2 will become very low, Kronos 1 will die (already on the artificial breathing machine at the moment, due to the opening of K2, severely cannibalizing K1) and only the fresh new server will be on a high population level I just hope I'm damn wrong, and you are right on this. But I doubt it. Edit: because I double posted..

Which server will you be playing on?hakoon replied to Vye's topic in General Discussion & Suggestions Look at the Strawpoll : this is very worrisome for former Nost players who would prefer to resume on their older characters. If the population level on the old nost pvp server isn't high enough due to the new server getting released at the same time and racking up all the new players this will kill off the former pvp nost server. As simple as that. Exactly like Kronos 2 did to Kronos 1. I know I may sound repetitive with my others posts, but I write this so others people will start to seriously think about it. the last thing I think we would like is to see the Nost PVP server to die due to a lack of population only caused by the release of that fresh server... That current poll isnt representative. The strawpoll is much more representative and is very worrisome for the former nost players as well as for those whojoined Krosnos 2 after Nost shut down and who aren't willing to resume back on Nost servers because they prefer the progression they did there.. If population crashed to a critical low level, this will kill all servers excluding that new fresh server (and maybe the pve nost server because it's the only pve server available on both project). Again.. very worrisome.. let's see how it goes :-/

Whens fresh start server?hakoon replied to terrorclaw143's topic in General Discussion & Suggestions As I said in the announcement thread, a fresh start server WILL KILL all others older servers (former Valkyrie servers, as well as former Nost pvp AND pve server AND both Kronos servers) , exactly like the release of Kronos 2 server did to Kronos 1 (which right before the release of K2, had a high population due to the shut down of Nostalrius). Kronos team completely overestimated the Hype of the Nost refugees wave (obviously it cooled off by a lot which i guess they did no expect it at that degree) and it let Kronos 1 without any new players injection to keep it alive and eventually, only lvl 60 kept logging in. Everything prior lvl 60 became empty. (I know for a fact as I had a lvl 52 there that I eventually abandoned due to the low population crisis (I will even say lack of population at all). Which forced us to start again on K2 just for the fact of playing with an acceptable population basis. Fresh start only serves the new incoming players but at the detriment of all olders players from both former Nost servers, former Valkyrie's servers AND Kronos servers. That new Elysium server will bank on approximately 70% of the whole World playerbase of vanilla players completely eating on the other servers. I would say it's a very good business decision, but we are talking about private non-business and entirely free Elysium/Nost project. So there is no gain by killing off old Nostalrius former pvp server or Kronos servers (their characters shop is not popular enough that we can say it's a profitable business for Twinstar). I'm not saying I am right and that I can foresee exactly what will happen, but the fate of Kronos 1 after Kronos 2 opened is a very good exemple of what a similar decision caused to a older server that had very high population prior the release of that new server (k2). Ofc, new players don't care. But all others don't !

Well, first time I post something here. I'm a former Nost player on the old PVP server from week 1 of its release. (only got to lvl 41 with my warrior, but I'm a casual players who took breaks to play others games as well). Was still very sad to see my character gone when server got shut down. Even with 10k players online (6k during NA evening time) it was hell of a fun as it always felt very lively (no problem to find a group for dungeons). I then moved on K1 by acquiring a lvl 52 warrior from their twinstar auction house as I didn't want to spend 2 months leveling from scratch (warrior is tough to level with). Then they quickly announced the opening of a fresh new server (K2) to compensate the wave of nost's refugees that came from Nost shut down. Indeed, Kronos team went into panic mode instead of upgrading their hardware. what came from this was obvious, the hype cooled off, Kronos 1 population started to decreased rapidly (of course, all new players or low levels from K1 prefered starting on a fresh server, that's common sense to any players). So questing in lvl 50's zones felt very dull, as there was only maybe 2 or 3 players even on alliance side who were online at the same time. In starting zones, it was a ghost town. No new players joining the server anymore, AH felt empty and out of stock. While there was 40+ on K2 on starting zones. So I started a new char as well on K2 (now warrior lvl 36). At the moment, Kronos community is debating about merging both servers to slow down or prevent the hemorrhage, but no decision will be received positively by the K community, ofc. Many players (including myself most probably, depending where the population will go) will leave K2 trying to resume i guess the Nost experience we had more than a year ago. Which will cause a problem to Kronos : death server for K1, low population for K2 and it might actually die. I'm not a fan boy ofKronos, nor I am for Nost. I just want to play on a high populated and quality server, no matter it's timeline in contents. Preferably, I would like to retrieve my old Nost lvl 41 that I worked hard on. But as long as their is enough population on the former pvp server! BUT, I'm writing all this because I'M VERY WORRIED about the decision to open a fresh new server ALONG the re-opening of the old PVP and PVE Nost servers. I'm very afraid it will do the same issues that Kronos got with K1. All people coming here because of the Nost Hype and reputation will want to start fresh, including (most probably) players who had a lvl 40 (even 50) and lower on Nost & Kronos 2 to start fresh on a new cool server once again. Therefore, a minority of players will resume on the old PVP/PVE server, which will kills it because of it's low population (why would I resume my lvl 41 characters if there is almost no players to play with, to group with). It will snowball to two ghost servers...! I think it's a very very bad decision from Elysium team and Elysium/Nost team should learn from that other Kronos project. Resuming old PVP server with the Nost database and PVE server(which had a much lower population than former PVP server) is more than enough imo to satisfy the majority of former nost players. If there is no fresh server, new players who learned about Nost due to the shut down event will be more than glad to start a character on the former Nost server. But of course, if you offering a new server, everybody will want to start fresh. It was even the case on retail. when Blizz annonced the opening of a new server, a lot of players left their former mature server to join that new server just so they could follow the wave of new players all leveling together. This is imo a nonsense and that decision will kill what many players from Nost wanted, which is to resume with the progression they had when Nost shut down. If there is no new players feeding on a regularly basis the old pvp server population (as it used to do in Nost time which contributed to keep Nost alive) it will die VERY QUICKLY. Please, I beg you to reconsider that decision and think about all the negative effect it will cause to the former Nost community. Only releasing both servers from old Nostalrius project is more than enough for the community. Thanks for taking the time to read my post.
