That's just sad. People still don't understand that your reputation as a person in Vanilla matters, they come from Retail where this stuff flies without repercussion. Hope he is blacklisted on Horde and forced to re-roll, and maybe he'll make the right decisions in the future. Also, props on the Tarnished play on words :D Edit: I can't spell.

Looks like multiple people in the party were surprised by you taking the ring, so I would tend to believe them in the fact you didn't let them know "ring res" at the start, and just took it upon yourself to take advantage of the situation and the party's hard work. But hey, at least you can hit on your auto attacks as Ret now. Maybe you can catch up to the prot warriors in damage.

Yeah, honestly I kind of skimmed the post so I didn't even see the PBD part of it lol. But yeah, with how in demand those are for the ZG enchants they are a very valuable item for most people. He definitely should have passed the diamond to the person that won it. As far as Viscidus, it's a matter of gearing. If you outgear the encounter then obviously not wearing NR gear will be fine, but if you're not up to par, stacking around 50-75 NR plus Greater Nature Protection Potions make the fight extremely more manageable.

It's not necessarily prio to Melee over Casters, Melee just needs more of it for Princess Huhuran. Casters and the entire raid still need to stack some NR for Viscidus. That being said though, if he wanted the item, he should have rolled need on it, instead of whining about it afterwards if that's what happened.

They did a lot of coding work to fix a lot of the wall climbing spots in the game that were popular. Obviously there isn't a way to fix 100% of the issues. Climbing on the BS roof, same as the ST roof are both still considered wall climbing, and will get you banned. Climb at your own risk.

It's still considered wall climbing and not a place you would normally "jump" to unless you were trying to wall jump up there. I'd bet it's bannable, and it really should be.

They are working on a fix for the character screen afk bug, be patient!

It's literally the exact same thing that's happened to every private server at launch. Huge hype, huge q's, for about a month, this one may last a couple months because of the "Nost" stigma, but it will even out. It always does. At this point launching a 4th server this soon is just a poor decision. Patience is a virtue, and nobody seems to have any.

All the Hypetrain kids will get into the teens-20's see how much slower leveling is and head back to Legion. Give it a couple weeks.

The racial abilities, while great, isn't really what seperates the factions into PvE or PvP specific. More the fact that Alliance has Paladins and Blessing of Salvation allowing for 30% more threat to be pushed increasing DPS overall is the reason more alliance guilds are successful in top tier raiding. That's not to say that Horde isn't a great raiding faction, as Orc has the best PvE racial in the game, as well as Troll. Paladins just push Alliance over the edge. Horde would be much closer if the Windfury procs worked as intended as well.

There is an idea to open an option to move to TBC. But there will be an option to remain vanilla if they do that as well. So people can choose if they wan't to go to BC or stay in Vanilla. But it won't be for at least 2 years if at all. There is no timeline for it, they've only said they are thinking about it.

If it alters the .exe file it's not allowed, and will be picked up rather quickly. If it alters the game in general without altering the .exe, it's likely not allowed either, but would take longer for them to find it. I would wait specifically for a staff member to answer this for you before using it.

Just take a read of the post in general forums called "The random ban situation is getting out of hand" post. I'm willing to bet pretty much every "I swear I'm innocent and didn't do anything why did I get banned!" people did something, and they know it, and are just trying to place blame elsewhere. Also, wtf is with the link circle of doom, couldn't get out of the death loop.
