Also, that being said, because your name is on a list, and you respect the list, it's not like you have to go camp the demon 14 hours a day while waiting for your name to get to the top. Go farm, do some dungeons, and when your name climbs to the top 5, then start showing up the the widely known demon spawn times. If you're really dedicated to the quest, you can wake up in the middle of the night for 15 minutes to do a demon if you're at the top of the list. Making excuses for not having time is the reason WoW became what it is today, and that's pretty obvious. People play Private servers because the game was a challenge, and you had to work to get what you had.

Well, if my memory serves me correctly, and it usually does, I actually finished my bow quest on Nost faster than I did on Retail Vanilla years ago. This could have many factors, but the cry of the extremely, extremely, and I mean very extreme minute crowd of people wanting this lowered even more, is just absurd. Again, if you don't have the time to put into camping a demon, especially when your name gets to the top of the list, then this version of WoW is probably not he best suited for you.

As stated in the other threads regarding this. Most of the challenge with a twink, is timing everything right in order to get to your target level with all the items, and quests and dungeons done that you want, for the specific pieces of gear. Not just barreling to the level you want, then turning xp offand then going and getting full BIS. That's pointless, and undermines the basic nature of twinks, especially in Blizzlike Vanilla WoW.

The reality is that the demons aren't hard. And the timer and working together with other hunters on the server is part of what makes the hunter quest so unique. A 3 hour spawn time is more than adequate enough to get your quest done, you just need to be dedicated to doing it. Priests have a quest that is on a 2 hour spawn timer for their Benediction, that can be despawned by someone unknowingly running into the same area, let alone attacking the mob they are required to fight. So it makes it much more frequent that the priest quest is despawned. Yet there are no pleas for the priest quest to be shortened. The simple answer to this, is that the Demon timers are already reduced to 3 hours. If you simply can NOT under any circumstances find the time to get this quest done. Then Vanilla wow is probably not the game for you. How do you find the time to farm consumables, and even raid?

You have to wait until the 17th. If you want to test out characters or set uip your UI, you can try to mess around on another server such as retro-wow which has an instant 60 feature, or Kronos 2 which is a level 1 server. But the Nostalrius servers won't be live until December 17th.

Also, if you never deleted your client, you can look into the WTF folder, under accounts and see all the account names you logged in with. Then it's just a matter of remembering the password.

On Nost, Dungeon Mob tagging was fine. Dual boxing or controlling more than one character in the dungeon, is not fine. So you'd need a group of people willing to do this for you.

I got my leaf quest done in about 2 days time with the demon list. It's not as bad as a lot of hunters make it out to be. Just takes a little time, and effort, and being ready to go when it's your turn. Obviously like any work event quest, there will be struggles and even grief to deal with, but that's part of Vanilla, if you want to push an easy button, there's other games out there that may fit your style better.

Yeah most guilds are bringing back around 30ish player, and warlocks are always in high demand. Knock out your pre-raid BIS as fast as you can and you should have no problems at all.

Well, mostly I'm retarded and didn't notice you had them in 24 hour clock time. But also thinking about it, Probably wouldn't be a terrible idea to have them all in a single time zone and edit accordingly. I just looked and assumed they were all server time lol

You may want to edit or put something in there saying Raid times are Server time, or GMT+1.

Rogues are relatively easy for a competent Frost Mage. If you're out of CD's IE Ice block and blink etc, then you're likely in for a world of hurt if they get ahold of you.

Most high end raiding guilds won't bring a ret. Holy paladins offer the same utility and Fury warriors and Rogues just plain outdamage them by a long shot. That being said, I do know a couple guilds that do bring a ret, and they are successful guilds. Just not the top echelon. So if you're looking for competitive server first clear times and boss kills etc, don't go ret. If you're looking to raid casually and have some fun doing what you enjoy, then do just that.
