At the moment it appears our rogue core is returning, so we're not looking at recruiting new raid rogues. However we do have a social rank in the guild with potential for raiding in the future.

Pottu just said in the discord channel that reset will likely be the same time that it was on Nost. So hoping for an official announcement on it soon.

That's how it was when Nost first launched. Mostly rogues UD mages/locks and warriors running around. It all evened out after a few weeks of people rerolling or new players coming in.

I feel like you're trying to argue just to argue at this point. If you want to play and raid as arcane, go right ahead. If you can't see the valid rasons why the frost build is better, I can't help you anymore.

No, there was plenty of evidence presented about debuff slots, and damage modifiers that makes the arcane/frost build far superior than full arcane. You just chose to ignore them.

Also, the fact that it does damage after the debuff is knocked off isn't the point, The point is that it will knowck off another more important debuff when you reapply AM every time.

You don't need to get sarcastic about being proved wrong. You were given ample evidence and counter specs to why Arcane is not as good as Frost in MC/BWL, or Fire in AQ onwards. The proper response would have been: Oh, Yeah that makes sense, I guess arcane doesn't get very good until later expansions. Thanks for the replies! But instead, you word vomited.

I doubt it. The way it sounds is you'll be logging into your character like you never took a break from it.

I mean, even in 04-06, save the last few bosses in AQ and Naxx, the rest of the raid content was relatively easy after a while and was breezed through by most competent guilds.

I spoke with Pottu about this earlier in the day, they are working on it. Forums are tricky if you don't want to have people be able to edit every post, you have to go through ranks and individual forum permissions to set it up. So I'd imagine with as many people that are on the forums, it will take a lot of time. Of which the Devs and GM's are limited on due to the server being worked on diligently. But Pottu assured me it is being worked on!

Getting upset about peoples opinion of your opinion doesn't help in trying to further your conversation. However, in the case of character model editing, they have already taken a stance on it, and it would be in the best interest to respect the stance this staff has taken. As I said previous, if you HAVE to have character model changes or the game is ruined for you, then you are by all means free to play on a Private server, or retail, that allows the new model edits.

Also, take into account that Arcane Missles takes a debuff slot. Another reason why arcane isn't raid viable, there is limited debuff spots on a boss mob, and they are all accounted for using raid DPS increasing debuffs.

This topic has been beat to death on both Nost ant now here. If Kronos allows you to model edit, and it's something that you like, play on Kronos. This server has said, and will hold its stance on model editing at least for now, and I'd be willing to bet that they don't change that stance in the future.

Paladins on Nost PvP could solo farm DM East flower packs. Not sure if you'll be able to on the ELysium version, but if it's similar, that's more profitable than ZF would be.
