Dear Admins, I thought a lot about if I should finally post this or not. My character got frozen (or something like this) and I didn't gain any RP (Rank Points) for one week. I should have gained close to 13000 RP. This happened on 1st of February 2017. Afterwards, I was banned one week (and knew that this would happen), nevertheless I should have gained my RP from the previous week, which I didn't! I mean, we all got punished by what we had done, and everyone except me gained their progress as expected and calculated. So now my question is; will this get fixed? What happened, and what should I do now? I would appreciate you guys review my case and I'm really looking forward to getting this fixed as soon as possible.
