More than likely they caught him downloading torrents. Some ISPs look the other way, some will send you a letter or email, they will shut you "off" until you sign saying you promise to never do it again. Then they turn you back on. But no, Blizzard has no way of detecting who is playing on a private server. He most likely torrented something that was a "bait torrent" which companies will do from time to time and he got caught that way.

There will also be dynamic spawns as well to help out.

Have you tried resending the email in the last few hours? If so, check the spam/junk filters, etc.. try using a different email address for the elysium account. Let me know if you are still having issues.

Best to do a fresh install of your wow for a new server and then transfer your WTF folder along with your interface folder from the server you set it up on and it should be ok with no issues

Its always best to use a fresh install of WoW when switching servers. Not mandatory but it is probably in your best interest to do so. Also, you can find the clients listed here on https://elysium-project.org/play

The Nost PvP and Elysium data will be merged and that will be played on what people are calling Nost PvP. The Elysium server that is the fresh start server, will be a brand new server, then there will also be the Nost PvE server that gets migrated over.

Leveling in vanilla WoW for the first time, your eyes are wide eyed and everything is new, even though its not technically new. Get involved on discord and the forums and post any questions you have

Are you logged in as an administrator? If you are, then right click the file, choose properties, and check the box that says run as administrator. Then try right clicking and open with Notepad. If you are not running an administrator account, then you will need to have access to either A) a realmlist file that is already set for you, and someone gracious enough to host it so you can download it and replace the file in your folder or Gain access to admin account.

The accounts for the first stress test were cleaned before the second. Also, servers are still currently down while we work towards the 3rd and final stress test, this Sunday the 4th of Dec. 2016 at 12PM EST. Watch the website for when registration opens for the third test and use those credentials to log in with come Sunday.

The game mechanics will be as per patch 1.12.1. The various patches focus mostly on items and instances available. Debuff limit will be 8 at start and raised to 16 in the appropriate patch. This means that druids will have Moonkin form and and Shield Slam is useful. Altering the spells, abilities and talents would require custom clients at each patch.

As of right now the server's are currently down while we stress test the servers. We do recommend watching for this Sunday 12pm EST Dec. 4th, 2016 for a 3rd and Final Stress Test. Another easier method, is to right click your "realmlist" file and choose open with Notepad. You can then set the document to the proper logon server and then you can close the file and save it. It should associate the realmlist file to Notepad now and you can just open it normally from here on out if you ever wanted to change the server you play on. Regards, Jakira Junior GM

The links on the website should be fine. I tested all the links myself and as long as you have a decent pop up blocker, UBlock Origin, etc. You should be fine. I downloaded them all and there are no viruses on my computer. Regards, Jakira Junior GM

We are able to do many things Rayaleith =) But rest assured that the community's interests are at heart. For the stress tests, the Anti-Cheat system was disabled so we could focus on the test itself.

I personally tested this link and I did not get any pop ups for that matter with the torrents. I would suggest getting an AdBlocker that stops those pop ups. Also, when one of those pop up, there should be a box that says do not allow more popups from this website, click that box and then click ok to close the window and it will remove that annoying box saying the FBI is coming.
