It's not like were seeing spam anymore anyways. Today and yesterday i've only received 2 illegible garbles of text from two spammers. It's pretty much fixed now and .wr is no longer needed.

You're missing something here. The population isn't whoever is online at the time, it is the other 90k+ as well who are active and semi-active. I doubt you will "face the same scrubs again and again" with such a population and I doubt you are telling the truth.

edit: And yeah that too ^^^ They replied to a string of threads about 5 hours ago and said the issue is being looked into. Be patient.

you're not going to like this, because you will need to reconnect and reconfigure. It's a client glitch. Delete your WDB and WTF folders then relog

haha im on the far northwest and i still get 160 ping. Lie more. Basing the servers on region will unbalance the population and cause bias over which one has more players in its region, resulting in wasted hardware that only works at fractions of its potential.

I suggested the above on Reddit about 1.5 months ago on the Dev AMA thread and the P.I.C replied to me saying "As of now, dynamic spawn rates do not affect rare spawns. We are considering its implementation." So is this considered to be a thing yet? It may not be "vanilla" however the average population is 4.5x greater than in retail vanilla. If it were to be applied, will it be available on Elysium Fresh PvP as well?

Many higher level rare spawns have good chances to drop blues, rare spawn beasts are good for taming, and if you don't get either of those things then the green item/bag you will get is of good use and can provide a small boost in gold/silver, or can save you some gold.

That sounds like a client glitch, try deleting your WTF and WDB folders and logging back in. Save your key-bindings and configs first so you don't have to reconfigure them all.

All the gold spams i've received today have been wholly illegible. The Elysium team have combatted ways for them to get new customers. The problem now is their regular customers. Prune those out and ban them, then the websites will eventually die down.

Why is this thread still going on? This won't happen. Find a group of friends who will go anywhere with you, and brave through the sea of horde you will meet at stonetalon. Not every zone is a 50/50 contested zone, some were designed and meant to be 10/90 or 30/70 etc. And southshore? Southshore is not abandoned by any means at all.
