No dude... release a tbc server just for it to die? That is an absolute waste of time and resources. Just wait on Elysium and let them both go to tbc... Don't do two separate timelines or even two separate servers... TWO SEPARATE SERVERS DOESNT WORK. We saw it with ZKs death and anathemas decline. Just wait on Elysium to finish naxx and then let EVERYONE go at the same time. Allow anathema ppl in the beta to test but please no go on two servers and separate timelines.

They've already said they don't want to do two different timelines, so I would bet Anathema and Elysium go same time... that's what they should be doing. I don't know why would wouldn't trust Crogge but you'd trust CF to release.

The stay vanilla forever people have never played a progressed private server so I just discount their opinion

My guild is fine with waiting and many others have stated the same. I can't speak for all Anathema players but my guild at least wants to wait on Elysium simply to avoid split timelines and unhappy players. Merge together!

Spoken like a true MC hero. I'd like to see elysium transfer at the same time to have a very well populated tbc server. Just a heads up there is no MC in TBC. I thought I'd just warn those who only seem to love MC

You do realize once naxx is out on any single expansion server it dies right? There are no shortage of ppl looking for tbc. Plz stop advocating for eternal vanilla. There are thousands waiting to play tbc as well.

This is probably the wrong thread to be complaining about the lag. It's more for the upcoming move to tbc. If you don't like it make a thread elsewhere

Look man there's trade offs. Nothing is perfect and the lag was like that on Nost with 10k, but it 100% beats the alternative.

Just no different timelines. That's what killed anathema to start <3. I'd really hope if Elysium is able to transfer they don't cry about us having T3 because it's replaced in Kara.

It's not confirmed in any way. Look at any dev post on this thread and they've said over and over NOTHING IS CONFIRMED. 2 servers could be decent but they better be ready to merge at some point and DO NOT do different time lines. 10k is better than 600. Nothing's going to be perfect but a packed tbc server will be fun imo

It's definitely nice to see people from Anathema and Elysium wanting 1 tbc server. Hopefully they let this happen when Elysium is ready to avoid any separate timelines

Nothing is decided yet. I'd imagine it will take quite some time to have this up and running and very well may coincide with Elysium being done with Naxx. The best option is to perfect the TBC server, merge Elysium and anathema after Elysium gets Naxx and allow everyone to transfer at once. Personal preference from an Anathema player. 2 different timelines isn't ever good.

Sounds like 1, but nothing is set in stone. The server isnt finished, not in beta or anything. Id say chances are it wont be done until elysium is done with naxx. If thats the case it makes sense not to do 2 separate timelines and just 1 tbc server.

Ah I stand corrected. However, now Legacy Crusade has a stronger dev team behind it than it previously did. Either way this is good move for the legacy movement. I will play on this server, and CF PTE. Its all the same to me... JUST SO FREAKING HAPPY

Absolutely. Amazing announcement. I hope the mistakes of the past arent repeated, but Im sure this will work out very well. Thank you guys for giving Anathema the future it deserves. I cannot express how happy my guild and I are to hear this news. Keep up the good work!

It comes down to resource allocation tho. CF isnt letting anyone see their core, they have barely any Devs so it will take time. If the elysium project helps out with Legacy Crusade then it will come out first.
