Have you disabled all addons for that character and checked to see if it appears?

You can not recover your old Nostalrius characters anymore. You must start fresh. The main site for account creation is also down at the moment so you will have to wait for it to come back online before you start your journey again.

You will have to wait till the site and server issues are fixed.

Your account may have been hacked and the hackers used it for gold selling, mule, etc.
