C:\World of Warcraft Classic\World of Warcraft 1.12\Interface\AddOns Is that where you have the addons installed? Also note if you get them from GitHub you must remove the "-master" from the folder name. On a side note, your wow directory seems messed up because its missing files in it. This is what it should look like.

Have you played any on those three characters since you transferred over from Nostalrius? Also, did you create any other characters on this account on any of the servers? And if so are they gone also? EDIT: So I looked up all three characters on http://realmplayers.com and none of those characters have logged on recently. (For quite some time) Looks like you haven't logged in game on those characters since the transfer. I'm guessing but can't say for sure until you reply back, but I'm pretty sure they were deleted by the system and not hacked. Hopefully you reply cause it's kinda weird the hacker would take the time to delete them if they had access to your account.

Already been reported on the Bug Tracker. Just gonna have to wait for it to be fixed.

Many people are having the same issues due to the ongoing DDOS attacks. Only thing I can say I to have patients. Since the latest ban wave the gold sellers have retaliated with these attacks.
