absolute rubbish, peak times Zeth kur is still over 6K players, it's only 2K off peak, which is still a very healthy and busy server.

the server is not "in development" in so far as it is the full version of the classic game. Some of the end game content has not arrived yet (in the same way that it was not there upon the original game's launch, and certain raids came in "patches". The game is complete, aside from a few bugs but nothing noticeable or major.

its currently 11am-12am in western Europe, and 5am in America. Not exactly prime time.

I just don't like having to use my phone in order to log in to the game. If my phone is out of battery or I can't find it, then I can't log in to the game... how is that useful? Plus it makes the login much slower. I love the fact that from clicking Wow.exe to being in the game world playing my character, only takes 10 seconds.

at peak hours there's still 10K on Elysium and 7K on Zethkur so that's a good 6000 queue if it was just one realm.

It's still hitting 7K at peak which is what it was at launch weekend, so that's good - it just seems lower in the quiet periods. Not really sure whats going on. However, any significant drop within only 2 weeks is still slightly concerning.

I am loving it. Much more enjoyable than the retail game has been in 5+ years. The game is hard solo so people are much more interactive with each other. Actually feels like a MMO now.

Agreed. Legally, if a company stores users' personal information, it is the company's responsibility to secure it, and if they get hacked, it is the company's fault. Same would apply here.

why does no one ever check the realm status page?

In my experience dynamic respawns work fine, haven't had an issue with spawns on Elysium, other than not being able to loot a corpse before it despawns (looting in the middle of a fight is really shit) I would argue they should tone it down a bit, if you're in a busy area you have mobs spawning left right and centre of you and you can never get out of combat lol.

there is no restriction on whispers, only global chat channels. If you're struggling to whisper people maybe they're just ignoring you ;)

Elysium has not tweeted that they've been hacked. They were doing some maintenance to things including the account database so logins were invalid for some time.

last time they did it, they asked for donations, then once they received the required amount for like 2 months, they closed it. It took like 2 days lmao. Good on them though for only taking what's needed, it would be very easy for a private server to just willingly accept any and all donations and end up profiting.

lmao what is wrong with you. Your "100 more players per zone" literally what does that mean? Of the 10K online... how many are afk? How many are in a city? How many are leveling characters in friendly non pvp areas?
