I have no idea what you've tried. do all the things I posted up there.

Ya for all gear you'd need to make a stop at every patch for every item, whether the gear changed or not. Because you'd need a different report generated for every patch. That's the "moving target". A comparison created at current patch to 1.12.1 won't necesarily be accurate by next patch. And for all gear, it definately wouldn't be.

Scrounge through this thread. one guy says it specifically has to be on medium. Whether that's true or not I don't know. But there's other suggestions in there as well.

You know for some people, just reducing view distance to medium helped a bit.

conversely, could you run it in win 7-8 modes and use a different mouse?

So there's something up with her settings. Try right click on wow.exe an tell it to use recommended settings.

Never had this happen and never heard of it before. sounds like a macro gone bad.

What will you do if you could get hit by a bus while crossing the street? Will you no longer cross streets? Will you move to the countryside that has no streets? Will you only cross streets very early in the morning and look very carefully both ways for oncoming buses? WHAT WILL YOU DO???

They won't fix such thing for you. Did you try /target ran? maybe that would do it.
