Who knows, with what info you gave? Did you create a game account? Is your realmlist correct? here's the basic stuff: Make sure you are operating as administrator. Right click wow.exe and set to administrator. Make sure you are launching from wow.exe and not any launcher if you have one. If the wow folder is in program files, move it out of there. Does your realmlist.wtf say: set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org ? if not, use notepad to write that in there. If it already did, you can try using the IP address instead: set realmlist 164.132.233.125 and Pottu's post about DirectX

When it's a patch, you need to throw away your WDB folder, so that a new WDB folder is generated to match current content. If you miss one, meh it's not going to be a game breaker. There's no harm in just sporadically throwing away the WDB folder.

Having some ongoing issues that they are working on right now. There's no fix for rollbacks. Sit tight for while before you log in again. check discord for when they are completed.

If DirectX 9 is partially doing the trick, change compatibility modes until one of them works. Im on Mac right now not windows, but if you right click the wow.exe you should see options for compatibility modes.

probably should look at Pottu's Directx thread I'm not sure how changing settings wasn't corrected when you copy pasted and entirely new game file, since just deleting/replacing the WTF folder should have done the trick.
