So I came from Everquest to WoW...and the early days of WoW were close but not the same as how Everquest was. Everquest had a much more connected and vibrant community if you ask me. WoW improved gameplay a lot but Everquest still has that magic place in my heart as my favorite MMORPG. Vanilla WoW did it right, TBC was solid but after that it falls off dramatically from what I see as my preferred style of MMO. Nothing being made lately even touches on it. I often wonder if any game will come out and recapture that style. Were these games so fun because of where we all were at in our lives at that time? Younger with time and no responsibilities? Was it because of the mystery in these games that are now solved? So many variables. But one thing for sure is that these types of communities are proof that there is a crowd for these older, classic, community based MMOs.

Seems like all classes are relatively slow in vanilla. Create adventure and enjoy the journey.

Nost players complaining about forum spam from the "retail" crowd. Here you are spamming to have the fresh crowd banished.

Every single argument they have always leads to pointing newcomers to retail. Claiming anything outside of Nost first is going to somehow turn this into a Legion simulator. It's as simple as that. They got what they want so now they ride upon the highest of horses. My plan is to browse these forums, play on KR to test out some classes and then return when Elysium drops. Watch Nost dry up like the retirement community it is, only now there won't be any new tenants in this old folks home. Elysium will dwarf and overshadow old Nost in no time flat. It's going to be a real treat to see how these Old Nost folks back-peddle and come crawling to the New World, Elysium.

It's a fact that they changed the initial server release timeline. It's a fact you don't know that change doesn't impact the release of fresh PvP.

How do the BG's compare to the BG's on the PvP realm? Are they just as competitive?
