you clearly don't know what you are talking abou. in retail we had some issues with people trying to skip aq/naxx wiping but if we said bwl was on the schedule they would all suddenly have time. why? because even when you were doing naxx you still needed trinkets from BWL, hunters needing crossbows (i was doing naxx with my mc quest bow) so yeah. bwl isn't redundant until you're basically clearing naxx and can replace everything. even then some bwl items remain viable.

you should release a fresh server that is stuck forever in 1.5 to every 6 months.

must be xpearl. it's vastly superior to luna in many ways. especially luna draw distance seems broken and isn't being worked on.

the hakkar neck is pretty bad. you can do the math on most items how much +dmg you're giving up for a % of hit. but in general i agree that you should be able to roll. i am planning to get them myself as well, simply because kazzak legs are not a reality. ppl will need to deal with priests rolling on those legs as they are currently bis assuming hitcap. HOWEVER i could not wear them at this point without cthun ring or gloves. BV legs are too good still with 2 hit and high spellpower.

it is not moot. because there are other items with crit that i want to evaluate. t2.5 chest respectively. it isn't about mishundare alone. i think the stat values in your sheet work out nicely, tho. my problem was the severe lack of decent theorycraft on this forum and in general. this thread is pretty dead sometimes.

i was looking for better mathe to see how good crit really is in those short bwl fights with mb on cd. so yes you confirmed my suspicion that it is marginally better. what i do with that info isn't the point. you dont have to explain why i dont take mishundare from a mage (or a paladin for that matter). we were in the spot where most mages had it, warlocks should be getting t2.5 so it was about what to do with additional drops. but as i said that is really my concern.

thats what i said. it is theoretically equal or marginally better. which was what i was trying to find out. not whether or not priests should get it

amazing. thanks a lot. this confirms my own (poorly done) math somewhat, meaning that for example in bwl mishundare should be bis over hexxer's cover by a very slight margin. or at least equal in bwl. finally a spreadsheet. you are my hero.

I would never go back to 5/5 ImpMB. I am mostly considering losing it completely due to severe Mana issues in AQ's long fights or keeping my current 4/5. If my raid has a good day and doesn't play like untrained monkey I don't even need mana potions to MB on cooldown on some fights in BWL. But as I said this doesn't seem possible in current progression where i skip MB more often than not - at least it doesn't make up for 30% of my total dps as it does in stationary BWL fights. MB can help me get much needed Spirit Tap procs by killing tentacles at C'Thun (also Razorgore as you said). But then again. do i need it to be on 5,5/6 sec cd? bottom line is maximized dps dont mean anything if i have to flay rank 1 halfway through the fight until rune/pot come off cd. also theoretically how good is crit in an ideal MB friendly encounter like broodlord, ebonroc, flamegor. is ~3 spellpower realistic?

i'd like to get some thoughts about some things. i'm planning to respec (current talents: http://realmplayers.com/Talents.aspx#bxG0sZZxrgpctot ) i dont wanna lose silence, i know it costs me 3 talent points but i pvp often enough to not drop it. but if i were to drop it i was considering this: http://realmplayers.com/Talents.aspx#bxT0sVZZxMgzctot mostly i am not sure how good improved mind blast is in aq. i dont ever use it in aq due to long fights. and i'm not sure if i should talent around bwl. second i am looking for some stats weight math and i cant find anything. i did my own as good as i could and i seem to do 30% mindblast dmg if i do use it. thus 1% crit seems equal to about 3 +dmg on my gear for those fights. making mishundare better than hexxer's cover by a small margin (35+2%+stats > 41). considering the amount of crit heavy caster loot in aq and especially naxx i am trying to figure out just how good or bad crit really is. specifically: is brimstone staff (loatheb) better than end of dreams (grobbulus)+av offhand? it seems eye of sapphiron+eod would be bis.

what's incredible is that even with your bank characters full of worthless junk you haven't enchanted your TF yet. now if you really wanna trigger some ppl you should get a +30 dmg recipe drop+critstones and put both on your sword. you should also get the shield recipe and craft it. ACTUALLY... you should enchant it with 22 intellect, so you don't go oom when tanking all the time. but yeah as somebody said before. nobody in that guild does anything even remotely resembling dps so why even bother with giving it to a real tank.

yeah it is but it's so dependent on group comp because he will demolish most of our fury warriors if they try to tank him. it would be nice if you could do both ways. one with geared groups and one with scrubbydoos. i do like having to heal here (since caster dps is really pointless) for a change.

with their luck they will get an ingot every time, if they ever manage to kill golemag. then he will have it in a few weeks (+10 years prgression)

is there some math that explains how in all raids since nost launch a guild can have _ZERO_ enchant drops and others 5? where can i send my yuans?
