  1. We hit Tarren Mill, and it sucked. Bunch of lowbies, civilians everywhere, and only a few 60's responded to fight us. Grom'gol, on the other hand, was amazing. A constant stream of 40+ horde, and then waves of 60's. We eventually wiped when caught between two groups. No good screenshots of this, which is why we'll be streaming these raids and keeping video archives starting next week. See what actually goes down in this thread. Watch us pull out of towns in irritation to reset civilians somebody nicked with AOE. Exciting! im on a boat

Grom'gol is a fuckfest. Wow! This is my new favorite town to hit.
  3. Agreed. If this sort of thing is against the ToS, it should be handled by the GMs. This list is not for ToS violations. If you guys are so convinced he's breaking the rules, report him.
  4. This situation is entirely the fault of the Alliance. There is an insane mentality I see represented in hotspot gank zones - people don't want to get ganked, but they don't want to sync up quests and move as 5 mans, either. Alliance players usually want to drop group the instant their objectives are complete, imagining somehow that they're being more efficient zipping to the next objective, where a couple Horde are generally waiting to mow them down. Time spent getting people on the same page, quest-wise, is nearly always time well spent. I moved through the first half of STV in one session by just collecting 4 randos, suggesting we sync up, and then re-doing a couple quests for them. I traded about forty minutes of my time and saved about three hours of mental anguish. I moved farther and faster than any rugged individualist would have by deliberately choosing to work with others.

While we do technically welcome characters of any level, our events are obviously all geared towards players near the top-end. Town raids, for example, require levels capable of coping with endless guard respawn, at bare minimum. So you'll have to level quickly and mostly solo if you want to appreciate what we have to offer. If you're cool with all that, please make your presence known on Discord, and I'll send you an invite.

    Ninjalooter: Toko

Watch the end of the video. The entire group was shocked and visibly upset by the looting of the staff. That is clear evidence that none of this was agreed upon. EDIT: There's two videos here. He probably didn't yet link the longer one when you wrote this. It tells the tale pretty well.

    Ninjalooter Hordeside: Ofwgkta

Do you have screenshots of anyone else in the group upset by the master looter change? To prove your case against him you really need evidence that other people are upset by this act. For all we know it really was reserved, and everyone was cool with it but you, based on what you're showing us.
  8. Did Stanks do anything else that was unusual? Say anything to indicate that the looting was malicious, as opposed to just an act of stupidity? Got screenies of any of this?
  9. Krusified - great example of what screenshots should show. That tells a complete story and provides strong evidence. I've added Disabled to the blacklist. Eskild - A great example of what screenshots shouldn't show. All I see here is a change to master looter. No party members upset, no evidence that this wasn't the plan all along - do you have screenshots to prove, through other players besides yourself, that master looter wasn't planned for and that loot wasn't reserved? Show me some conversation here. Rocx - That really isn't what this thread is for. What he's doing is completely legit. Call in 60's who know how to jump to handle this. Jyash - Why would it be more convenient with the players sorted by faction? As I understand it, names are shared across both factions, so there's not really much potential for confusion.

    STEAK FOR DINNER
  11. no u With our average level up another 5, we decided to do some more town sacking. First stop was a revisit to Splintertree Post, to clean up one loose end - The flight master. We didn't linger there long, of course. Bigger fish to fry. Our next stop was the Crossroads. This place proved to be a Civilian NPC landmine. The troops were commanded to refrain from AOEs and stick to guards and players. I was pleased to see last week's practice had paid off - no DK's. After the guards, flight master and flagged players were removed, we had a celebratory dance party in the stupid and badly decorated hord inn. Growing bored with unflagged horde and an unsatisfying trickle of unorganized 60's as the only response, and wary of someone's cat biting a precious baby civilian orclet, we moved to Freewind Post. Lots of guards here in dense concentration, which took a moment to remove. Then the players and flight master were disposed of. Soon there was nothing but bodies. With no civilian NPCs to require strict discipline, the boys and girls could run wild. We occupied the place until boredom set in. You can fly in, but you can't fly out. Next week - Grom'gol and Tarren Mill. As the levels go up, so do the targets.

    Elysium & Zeth'Kur PVP Gear

Glad to see this getting sorted. Sucks that you don't have the time to sort out enchants and librams, though.
  13. I guess if you had overwhelming evidence that it was a malicious kick to deprive someone of their hard work, and not somebody removing somebody one or more of the group perceived as misbehaving in some way. Why's that? Character names are definitely shared across factions. I never said it was excused. It's still on "the blacklist", such as it is. But the jury isn't unanimous on it, so why should we try to stop people who think everyone should need BOE's all the time from grouping with, say, Beerwizzard? He hasn't done anything they find offensive.

    PvP Items STILL buffed

This has really gone on too long. Fix please, staff.

    Ninjalooter: Toko

Added to the blacklist. Any decent person would have stopped and rolled, or asked about the drop instead of using the FFA from blood looting to their advantage.
  16. Update regarding Hurricane's raid schedule: 7-10 PM PST, Tue/Thur/Sun.
  17. I have decided to make a clear distinction between BoP need abuse/ninjaing and people who roll on BoEs to sell against the wishes of the group they're with. Some players really don't give a fuck about the latter or consider it normal.
  18. That theory is entirely plausible. If the conversation was longer we might be able to see if Kalessin was giving off the usual defensive tone that people who feel guilty but don't want to acknowledge it usually put off, but just from that screenshot? We could be seeing someone genuinely confused.
  19. You got screenshots or witnesses to this event, Paleface?

No level requirements to join. There is a gradually increasing level cap on PVP events. I'm willing to work with anyone with a good attitude, which is the most precious commodity around, these days. I assume you're familiar with our schedule already. I'll PM you a link to our Discord server!
  21. Considering how many people are upset by the use of need for gold purposes, Oak, it'd be a poor blacklist if I didn't add incidents of it. Call it and me whatever you like, as long as you remember: the mob rules here, and I see enough torches and pitchforks pointing at this behavior to be real comfortable with what I'm doing.
  22. Join an Alliance guild that gives a shit about world pvp and actually assists its members.
  23. What was the other cloth item? Do you have screenshots of that, or witnesses with their own screenshots? A lot of people like that hat for its usable effect. Even if it was useless to him, which it isn't, it'd be need abuse. While it's better in the hands of a caster, I think most people would agree that this one specific item is kind of a grey area.
