Hello, Adda. Congrats on the kid! I agree that takes priority over voice chat. That said, the requirement is a strict one. I'm drilling people out of the habit of using text chat in our raids entirely, and into effective vocal fast-talk. Voice chat is an integral part of how we organize. I must reject your application until such time as you can meet that requirement. You might give Tuna Helper a try - they are similarly bloodthirsty but don't have strict requirements. In other news, Hurricane is rebranding itself somewhat - apparently, there's a bit of pent up rage on the Alliance side from constant ganking. Who'd have thought. To serve as an outlet to that need, I am refocusing the guild towards two goals: City raids and PVE raids. Join us for one, the other, or both.

Welcome, Tater! While we do not have specific play time requirements for general members, participation in our raid group does have strict play requirements. You should be level 35+ right now if you want to have any chance of a spot. Dedicated raiders are already 60 on this server, and gearing in up UBRS. We're moderate in our expectations of members, but I don't think I can describe us as laid back, really. I require people to use voice chat, I require them to attend pvp raids if they're available (and are useful to the level range of the raid), and so on. You're free to play on your own schedule as a non-raiding member of HUR, but it's still rather more involving. I'll go ahead and send you a link to Discord via PM. Feel free to PM me if you want an invite.

It has (not unexpectedly) completely failed in it stated purpose for reasons you have succinctly noted, but it is definitely succeeding in its unspoken purposes, which is to provide amusement and joy.

More advertisement is good, of course. I don't disagree with the idea. I think people are slow to move over because they think their level 25 with no tangible guild investment is somehow worth holding on to in the face of queues. Meanwhile, intelligent people moved immediately, and are now 25, forming new guilds, and will reach 60 long before their counterparts, who are holding out. The only excuse to stay on Elysium-PVP is if you're 45+ or have social commitments.

Come on, fellas. Ask yourselves, what's kind of like Nost, but isn't quite like Nost? Maybe the work on Anathema 2.0 started earlier than the announcement, you know what I'm saying?
