I don't think this OSoC thing is actually just against the Chinese gold farmers... It Just seems to be a pure racist group against all Chinese players in general...

Gold from the gold farmers is not supposed to be there in the first place. If the admin bans the gold farmers and keeps the gold to sell to others, it will artificially bid up the price level in the game economy, making it more difficult for other players to afford things they could otherwise afford. This is at least partially pay-to-win which is against the very principle Elysium/Nostalrius stands for.
