I mentioned CoEx as essential for PvP leveling in my opinion. It's not a matter of competition, don't take it this way. Two out of three servers now are PvP. For completeness the OP (or Xashe) could have mentioned the differences on talent choices for leveling in Nost PvP or Elysium fresh!

Hello guys, Regarding leveling, I used the following logic in Kronos 2 at the launch day and after and I think it is better than the usual affliction way. I went destruction till Ruin and then Demo. My logic is that in a new beginning, there will be so many players that there is no way you can multi tag/pull mobs. So single target is more important (you can still have one mob running in fear). And you will be more useful in dungeons. Btw I am a veteran lock, so destruction is not that bad for me.

Still think impr Agony is not that useful while leveling. CoEx on the other hand is great.

I think if this was possible, it would have been done already. The two projects have some serious differences in philosophy, I think. The "you know which" intervenes a lot, changes or fixes things both mechanics and/or even loot. They will have tbc progression as well. This one has the love of the people that played and invested time. If "you know which" beta test goes well, it might attract hype. If they focus on perfecting it and not delivering the thing, they will end up like Corecraft.

I think that the mob with no siphon will aggro you from the healing you get from the siphoned your VW is tanking. The same applies with your draining life. This will aggro the 2nd mob as well. You are right though that lock is better utilized by fighting more than one mob at a time. The only problem is on PvP server your life tapping can make you vulnerable.
