There are several ways to top a meter like that. For instance have a warlock constantly lifetap with hots running on him. Secondly, that druid plays on K2 where the raids are scaled differently than Elysium. But regardless, druids can be exceptional healers if they're played to their full potential. Don't be surprised if u see several druids in top10 HPS on MC and BWL in the future. However, druids don't scale as well as other classes moving into Naxx. When judging healers by meter it's also worth to mention that the paladin who is doing 'judgement of light' will in most cases top meters. This obviously doesn't reflect the paladin as a healing class since only 1 or 2 get to judge light. 4-5 paladins are also required to do 'blessing of light' on the entire raid which boosts the paladins healing greatly. If your raid doesn't have that amount of pallys their healing will downscale accordingly. In conclusion: personal skill, encounter knowledge and raid-setup plays a great role in determining which classes are strong and weak.

My friend was farming ironfoe back on Nost so we did 100+ BRD lava runs as Rdruid and Fwarr. This is a pretty solid combo. Warrior simply equips a shield on larger packs and druid has a lot of burst healing and hots preventing unexpected amounts of incomming dmg. Due to the nature of healing over time abilities this combo can stay mobile and quickly move through dungeons.

As every other healer in vanilla you will find yourself downranking spells a lot. There should be a ton of guides with info about what rank to use according to your gear. As you upgrade your gear, hence bonus healing, you will find that a R2 spell will do as much healing as your R3 spell did earlier. Some ranks are more mana sufficient (raw heal vs mana required) while others other are more heal sufficient (raw heal vs cast time = HPS). You will also find yourself up and downranking spells for certain encounters depending on the dmg output of the boss or the lenght of the encounter. Encounter knowledge is also a key aspect to concider. Neffy for example has a breath ability that deals large amounts of dmg to the tank - this should affect your playstyle by precasting a high rank spell so that it lands shortly after the breath. As a priest you also wish to pre-shield and pre-hot raid members in situations where you are expecting them to take damage. A good healer can immitigate a lot of raid dmg by doing this. I'd also reccomend using a good RaidFrames addon, like Luna. This addon has features that let you keep track of incomming heals on raid members. By utilizing this feature, you can minimize overhealing and in turn save mana. A good buff-watch addon is also a must - else you'll find yourself getting yelled at by raid members.

If you want additional frames, borders, textures and backgrounds I suggest using Discord Art as a backdrop or overlay. There is no need to make this a part of Luna as only a minor percentage of the users are concered with such features.

Okay, thanks for the feedback, Rhena. As for the 'config via command' I'll see if I can work around it somehow. Maybe a solution would be to duplicate profiles and adjust the raid frames per profile - then just switch between profiles according to raid-size. I'll give you feedback after I've experimented with this for a bit.

Howdy, Back on Nost I used the click casting feature that Luna provides. Since then I've changed to mouse-over. On Elysium i'm planning to use a combination of the two, which brings me to my question: Macro-wise, how does Luna work with mouse-over macros? Can I use a standard mouse-over macro, or does Luna require something more spesific? Also, on TBC i used Grid and I was able to macro it so that I could change between a raid group layout of 10 - 20 - 40 etc by the click of a button. This macro would change the height and width of the raid frames to perfectly fit within my 'raid-frames-art-window' regardless of raidgrp size. Does Luna have a simmilar option? Would a macro like this work?: For 40man raids: /luna raidframes 40.. /luna raidframes height 13.. /luna raidframes width 18 For 20 man raids: /luna raidframes 20.. /luna raidframes height 13.. /luna raidframes width 36 Cheers
