So, when you re reck spec, you should never switch to shield+1H or your reckbomb will be very low.... Mmh the spec loses so much with that...

Is the proc rate good? Someone here (http://rogerkarlsson.com/blogs/wow/lifestealing/) said that it should be : Chance on hit (%) = weapon speed * 7.87 (average) @Theloras can you give us your results on the proc rate?

Shamelem 30/0/21 or 31/0/20 is very OP in pvp at 60 (insane burst with Lightning bolt + Chain Lightning + Shock) but no one want a shamelem in pve because you don't have enough mana and you bring less than a shamheal (u can heal with some healing gear). Enh Sham is OK in pvp but not as good as shamelem, because you don't control your burst, and you re weaker than a shamelem (no shield). Unbreakable video is a myth, it doesn't show the reality, WF is only a 20% proc so 80% of your swings are not proccing WF... never forget that before reroll. In pve, you need the nightfall axe, and you need to kill the other enh shammy of your guild. Shamheal is OK in pvp, and very useful in PVE thanks to Chain Heal rank 1, mp5 gear, and totems.

I tried to disable addons, delete wtf/wdb, i downloaded Mac OSX sierra. I even downloaded the game to try. I play with everything low, and maxed fps to 60 in the config file. I think i tried everything, but i still get 1/2 or 1 sec freeze when i randomly target people. It is huge problem in pvp. Could u help me? I found a solution ! I just put the wow file on an external hard drive, and i can play without any micro freeze !
