Maybe allowing the use of weap dmg enchant and weight stones at 60 will solve everything. Many ppl are lvl 35+ so they need to quest in contested areas. And they are farmed. So they quit. Simple.

The pool is 60% Elysium, 40% Zeth... I think this is close from reality. People with guild will stay, cause it's too much pbm to migrate a guild (some will follow, some won't). Newcomers and casuals below level 20 will go Zeth
