It does. Unless you got BiS gear, rage is a huge problem without world buffs..especially with ironfoes low weapon damage. Okay if you got a procc you get some rage, but otherwise it's a problem.

Ironfoe is okay with full world buffs (near CTS i would say), but without it's trash because a) damage sucks and thus b) you are raged starved.

No idea what you are trying to say, but i logged on kronos with a publicvpn service. Its technically not feasible. One could just rent a server and connect through it, even if some1 banned vpn services.

Impossible. Maybe you can ban some popular services (their IPs), but that's not even close to a solution. Stop talking out of YOUR ass.
