You can just 'ban VPNs'. There's no way to reliably detect that someone connects from a VPN. It's always the same. People are stupid and have NO IDEA, and suggest a SOLUTION. No, you don't suggest a solution, you may state the Problem. And that's it. Maybe somebody smarter than you will find a solution.

The difference only applies to the open world. You can attack any player of the opposite faction on the PvP server. On the PvE server you can't, unless they flag themselves for PvP.

Fury perspective: Sucks but i think Ironfoe is still pretty good with world buffs. I'll post some numbers when i have done a full worldbuffed BWL run (prob. next week) Without worldbuffs it's really underwhelming now. =( I'm ragestarved Btw the nerf is okay. Kronos had 10% as well and IF was totally over the top.

I didn't notice a change with Ironfoe. I didn't play with world buffs, only MC without World buffs. It's "okay" without world buffs, BWL weapons are clearly superior. I guess it did not change; it feels like on "old" nost. This is not strictly tank-related, as i play fury. Proc-chance feels on-par with old nost, however clearly not like on kronos where it was totally op. Is there an addon to monitor the proc rates ? Tbh i'm too lazy to test it by hand with a couple thousand hits.

You don't know that. It could be something like a REST service or some kind RPC, where Elysium downloads each character with the token.
