First, I just want to say how deeply grateful I am that this project and community exist. Thank you to those who have made it possible, from the very bottom of my heart. I love you.
Played WoW pretty much from release. Didn't get in on the beta, but watched a friend play it. At that time I was living with my ex-girlfriend, and our daughter was an infant. I always admired the players in capital cities with full epic sets, but couldn't dedicate the amount of time I wanted to the game.. only making it to MC once before TBC made it irrelevant. Over a decade later, I still long to return to the Azeroth I fell in love with.
Stayed with retail through MoP, but meh. Commercialized, casualized, homogenized in my opinion. Vanilla will always be World of Warcraft to me. The greatest online game ever created.
I am beyond excited to start this journey with you all. Planning to roll an Orc Shaman on the PvE realm.
