That is a completely separate quest. The felhound quests is something different.

It is probably people leveling alts. The low level battles happen and one side loses one too many times, brings his 60 out and ganks. After that the other low level gets his level 60 and then all hell breaks loose. It's just what happens. Gotta grit your teeth and get through it.
