Depending on how you organize your debuffs, sometimes there's space for 1 lock to cast corruption. DS/Ruin is basically the same DPS and doesn't take up a debuff slot for corruption. Curse of doom is less dps than anything else on the dps list, and is pretty much only good for cheesing meters on adds.

Raid gear is always better in vanilla. There's a few exceptions, of course, but rogues aren't one of them.

They won't restore that item. What they're referring to are critical quest items such as the Onyxia attunement neck, etc.

GMs aren't devs. Why would you ask them about development plans, expect them to know anything about it, or trust that any development information they do have is accurate?

Omen of Clarity or Natural Shapshifter really help with any mana issues once you pick them up around level 44ish (depending on how you choose your talents). In the mean time, try to use bandages to save on mana.

The term "twink" came into being decades before EQ (or WoW) even existed. What makes your definition for the word more correct than the older definition of an effeminate gay man or the newer definition of decking out characters with gear? Definitions change over time.

Get the SuperMacro addon and /cast Cat Form etc will work. There is no conditional for being behind a target, so you can't do that in a macro (and I'm not even sure you can do that on retail either).

I usually gear up with a 1/29/21 spec (feral/resto). It's a lot easier to get dungeon groups when you can dps, tank, and heal. I just inform the healers in my groups what I'm rolling on, and it's never been an issue.

It's because they are immune to bleed. I'm not sure if that means they should be immune to the stun too. You'd have to do some research on that.

If you're talking about just matching groups with groups, Nost already tried that and it was a complete failure. If you're talking about matching gear levels with each other, that's not possible unless you have a TBC client.

What evidence do you have that it's a 2% drop rate? I see 10% on db.vanillagaming.org.

This is a 1.12 client. There is no possible way to add the matchmaking system to it, and the devs here have already said that they are not modifying the game client, period. Nost tried to add a priority to match groups vs other groups, and it wound up being a total disaster that they rolled back after a few months.

I guess 0.333 is a good batting average if you're a baseball player.
