Can you just make a google docs sheet of Standing, Honor, and CP of everyone in BR0/1 for each week? Posting screenshots isn't really needed and just makes it harder to compile the evidence, because all honor since Feb 1 is logged by the server.

My advice would be to make a concise bug report listing the honor & RP for everyone in BR1 and 0 for the weeks in question, then. Right now, the dev is saying that the distribution is larger some weeks than other, so if you have evidence that it's not then that may help your case.

The current system is the best way to face premades against each other. The only one that worked any better was ranked BGs on retail, which isn't possible to implement on here without modifying the client (and also required a large enough number of teams on cross-server matching to be viable).

Sorry, I meant bracket 1. If people don't stack there will be a higher range of RP awarded. It's not the same every week unless you all stack the same every week.

The head dev replied to the bug report explaining what happened (multiple times). The week you're talking about, two people in BR2 didn't stack correctly, making the distribution much wider than when everyone is stacked up properly. That means the RP awarded will also have a higher variance.

The disorient effect from the flame shots in phase 2 makes those considerably more difficult on this server, if not impossible.

In order to generate the higher quality loot tables, you need to walk backwards (S key) through the portal. Please note that unless your entire party/raid does this it will have no effect.

Why wouldn't a druid innervate themselves? I always innervate the top healer that benefits from spirit...which is me! (not counting other druids because they can innervate their own lazy asses)

They set it to private so that you can't see that the bugged pet is the Blind Hunter in RFK to prevent people from exploiting it and taming the Blind Hunter in RFK. Ironically, I can still see the title of the bug report, which includes a reference to the Blind Hunter in RFK. Weird.

If you want this bug to be acknowledged, you should post it in the bug tracker. The QA team doesn't respond to forum posts about bugs.

They're on different cooldowns (slightly bugged at the moment, so you need to use the non-potion restoration item first), so you can do both. NDB is a cheaper and easier to farm alternative to dark/demonic runes.

Agility gives dodge at a rate proportional to your level. As you level up, you need more agility to maintain the same dodge. Edit: more specifically, the dodge rate in your character sheet is your dodge % against an equal level. Your dodge will be lower vs higher levels assuming you have the same agility.

Hypothetically, what if I decided I don't like you, start up a custom server (Mangos is out there for anyone to use), recreated your gear from your realmplayers profile or just inspecting you, and posted a screenshot of that to ownedcore? I mean, if I really wanted to get someone banned, that seems like a great way to do it according to you.
