Do you have the quest to be able to loot it? You must complete a few previous quests in the chain 'The Defias Brotherhood' prior to it. EDIT: Damn, Mimma just beat me to it :)

As iamredrumi said, you can do so by using the control panel without being logged in. An alternative method is to go in-game and type ' .account password oldpass newpass newpass ' with oldpass being your current password and newpass being the one you want to change it to. Have you tried abandoning the quests, retaking them, then handing them in? That works for most players. You won't lose the items after abandoning the quests.

Although I'm not sure if it's the best place to do so, I report speed hackers and such through the GM ticket system.

If you are not receiving a verification email, please register an account with a gmail as other providers are not going through instantly. Quest items shouldn't disappear after abandoning a quest unless you delete them. If you are worried about it, put them in your bank first. I can assure you that the problem will be fixed after doing so though, I've had a similar dilemma myself.

Bug tracker is up, please post the issue on there if it has not been done so by another player.

As thoridan said, either whisper for a warlock or contact a GM using the in-game tickets.

You shouldn't even have to take the items to the bank. Simply abandon the quest, retake it, then hand it in. Hope this helps!

Be careful with the information you post on public forums. To edit your game account password, you can do so by going to the homepage, clicking on control panel and selecting the 'Forgot password' option.

I believe this problem was caused due to your cache but there is a simple workaround. Simply fill out the form to the left, tick the two boxes and then click back on the email box, then press enter on your keyboard. Hope this helps!
