Check in-game to see if the character has been transferred. Some players were reporting that the transfer was unsuccessful on the website but actually worked when they went in-game.

This could be due to a variety of problems. Try these: Firstly, have you registered a game account here?: https://elysium-project.org/play If you have, is the account verified? If you are not receiving a verification email, please register an account with a gmail as other providers are not going through instantly. If you have registered your account correctly, are you using the vanilla wow client? Have you checked to see if they were transferred in-game? Sometimes it says no characters were transferred even though they were.

Tell him to delete his config.wtf in his WTF folder. If that doesn't work, let me know so we can go through some other fixes to the problem.

Please create an in-game ticket for the GM's to help you. You can do this by pressing the big red question mark on your UI, should be near character panel etc. Select 'Stuck' and try using the auto-unstuck button first, if it fails, submit a ticket.

You cannot change your game email without registering a new account. If you're interested in changing your forum email however, you can do so in the settings by clicking your name in the top right.

We're not really talking about the IP but rather the contents of your realmlist.wtf file. This is what should be written inside: set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org

Are you using the vanilla wow client? The retail client will not work with the Elysium servers. From the link provided, sounds like you need to /wave at Grimclaw when you see him on the side of the road before trying to speak to Volcor. If you haven't done so, try that! Let me know if this helps

It might be worth checking the current database for your names. For example, on realmplayers, my mage doesn't appear even without the filters.

It's probably more likely that whoever transfers their characters first gets the name priority.

I seem to recall someone else having this problem and although it said no characters were transferred, they had in fact been moved across. Try logging in and see if the characters are there or not. If the problem persists, come back to this thread and bump it with the news.

At the top of the character creation there is a button that reads "Change Realm", press it then select either Nostalrius PvE or PvP. -
You may not meet the required level to be eligible for the quest.

You might find using the in-game ticket system a faster response from the staff. Go onto the character that is missing the items, open the escape menu, press the button along the lines of "Report an Issue" and then submit a ticket for the items. In this ticket you will need to include the following: a. Exact date of the raid; b. Video of complete encounter which also shows the raid ID, loot and complete list of raid members; c. Name of the player who received or should have received the item. Hope this helps and good luck retrieving them
