Yahoo takes a long time for the emails to come through. I recommend switching to a gmail account, they tend to come through instantly.

Could you try re-sending the email verification? You can do this by logging into one of your accounts in the control panel.

Well damn, that sucks. Have you checked your spam folders for each and every account?

You will be able to change the resolution tomorrow when the servers go live. Simply login to a character, press Escape, then interface settings.

What email provider are you using? A lot of players are experiencing this problem and have found that only gmail works for them. You might be better of creating a gmail account.

Are you referring to Nostalrius or Elysium characters? If you created those characters during the stress tests, they would have been wiped.

Gmail accounts seem to be the way to go at the moment, I suggest switching to one now for your validation email.

Your forum and game account details are not tied. If you change your forum account password, your game account password will not be changed. The control panel is for your game account exclusively, whereas the settings in the top right is for your forum account.

I'm not a GM but I can certainly try to help. Could you tell me where you're trying to log into? Control panel? In-game client?

If you haven't created a new Elysium account yet, I advise you do so. You shouldn't be investigated due to the account creation dates.

The email does not matter. As long as the account names are different, you should be able to transfer fine. Simply register a new game account with a different username. GM's feel free to correct me if I'm wrong :-) Source: Q: My Elysium and Nostalrius account names are the same, is that a problem? A: No. You will transfer your characters to a new Elysium account. As fun as it sounds, it's probably not likely to happen. The team have enough on their hands, reintroducing the Nostalrius database and a fresh server as it is, let alone restore content that was never made.
