The point of the fresh realm is for everyone to level new characters at the same time. If transfers were allowed, the whole reason for starting the new realm would be lost.

Are you still having a problem with it? Keep in the mind that at the time of your post, the stress test was live, which could be the reason behind it. I couldn't access the Discord at all that day.

That's not a possibility. The team will be restoring the Nostalrius database as it were before the shutdown. Any characters deleted before then are unfortunately lost forever. Sorry about that.
