Hard to use thunderfury unless your tank also has it. (Threat) Getting thunderfury isn't realistic for the majority of fury warriors. Unless they go super try hard and organize their own groups.

Roll engineering use the eng shield and dynamite... or get new dps. skullflame shield with a spike works ok too

Well let's be honest leveling and raiding are really different settings. So the argument to level fury because you will raid as it is a pretty moot point. Either spec is fine to level with.

Cleave farming/grinding is the only reason to go arms. If you don't abuse it you should spec fury. Leveled both ways multiple times, both are fine.

Devilsaurs were always super competitive on nost pvp, even before the mafia existed. Devilsaur drama was one of the few things that kept me logging in to this ancient played out game. The mafia made it even more interesting. My advice is to get a group and try to compete or farm gold and pay the prices. I guess you can always reroll if you can't handle the challenge. The devs won't and shouldn't change a thing. 2 Pre-bis pieces should require some effort sorry. You really don't even need pre-bis to raid mc or zg anyways...

Try both and decide. Arms is better at cleave farming with sweeping strikes. Fury is a tad better single target and has no weapon spec requirement.

Seen a dude using 2 epic gut ripper daggers long ago on the first week of old nost pvp. Not my style (arms guy) but he was grinding green level mobs pretty damn fast. Otherwise I wouldn't have remembered it. Doubt the procrate is the same here, but worth a try.
