Sorry to hear you are having issues. Its been fine here for me and my friends. If you and your GF are in the same residence, you may want to see if you are having internet issues in general either by calling your provider or testing it at a site such as speedtest.net . Much luck to you.

Join a guild where they are about community first and do not do things like that .

Welcome Eky. I only got to play 2 weeks on nost when it shut down and the starting zones were still packed and it was easy to find groups for low level dungeons. Now we are going to have even more new people. My guild is mostly level 1s starting out and judging from these forums there will be a lots of new players. Just do not get discouraged by lags and disconnects the first few days because of volume of players trying to cram onto the servers. It will ease up in a few days. It is better to have too many players than not enough Best Wishes.

When i look at my characters, I believe my lvl 1 bank toon was saved,she had a bit of gold on her so that may be why.

2 guidies also got the IP message. I told them to wait till there is less traffic and more information.

Advice for others: there is a delay in the email code generation. So expect it to be sent to your e-mail in a few minutes - not right away. I have a couple of guidies still waiting. Good luck all.
