You have not just one but two fresh realms to choose from. One has a queue at the moment, one does not. You also ended your post with the "concern" that you had five friends that wanted to play with you. There is an obvious solution to all of your concerns. Play on the newest server. The one with no queues. The one your friends can play with you on. You have been provided with a solution to your "concerns". Take it.

That's why they made a new server. For exactly this purpose. If people are forming queues on the new server, how would a few thousand moving there help anything? It just perpetuates the problem.

Yeah. Login servers have been having issues because there are 10k people trying to log on at one time. You might get some disconnects before you are able to gain access to the 10k queue.

No special characters allowed in your name. This is intentional. You can only use a-z. There are billions of possibilities. Get creative.

It's not meant as an insult. I tried not to word it in a condescending manner. But, it's the truth either way. The truth is always helpful. What's not actually helpful is continually posting that your accounts all got banned for no reason and that you want them unbanned without waiting out your appeal. This accomplishes zero. Wait for your appeal to go through. If you continue to post these type threads up on the public section of the forums, expect a response similar to mine and much much worse from others.

It might not be directly your fault. You obviously didn't want your account hacked. But, it is your responsibility what happens on your account. From my understanding, they arent banning accounts just because they were hacked. They are only banning the accounts that were hacked and used to either advertise for gold sellers, or were used as mules for gold sellers. That is totally understandable. Any involvement in gold selling is a permanent ban, and there is zero tolerance. People don't think about simple things having to do with account security ubtil it's too late most times. Things like using unique username/password. Not allowing anyone else to have access to your account. Even trusted guildies. Of course they only implemented the 2 step Auth after a bunch of people had their accounts comprimised. That stuff takes time and energy to set up, and they had no ideal how many people would end up with hacked accouts. They don't choose your username/password for you. Be grateful that they are stepping up to the plate and helping with account security. They could just do nothing.

Have you created a ban appeal in the Ban Appeal section? If you have, just be patient. There are a lot of people appealing. It takes time to manually review them.
