You should definitely try it then. Tell us how your ban appeal goes.

Fresh server tomorrow and what to expectGlenzig replied to casperthestoner's topic in General Discussion & Suggestions I'm not sure about the same account. But, yeah, you can play all three servers at once if you like.
-
Great twinkle class though. And if you just want to take your sweet time and experience all the dungeons on the way up, Warrior is your jam.
-
Started a dwarf just the other day, like Wednesday. Not at all overcrowded even in starter area. Felt really good actually.
-
Nope. They don't restore deleted characters. It's not like you don't have to type DELETE in order to confirm your deletion. You'll just have to hate your nephew.
-
Not sure which specific quest you're talking about, but I recently just got done with all the quests in STV. Didn't seem to fit your description. Seemed pretty easy and relaxed to me. Plenty of people, but no real serious competition for mobs.
-
They could put the entire ToU there. People would just scroll past it. The only solution to knowing the rules is reading the rules.
-
Ignorance is no excuse. They are more than accessable. Even if you visit the forums as a guest, you can find the rules very easily. Why would someone play on a server without reading the rules?
-
Yeah. You can have 2 up IF you are in the same city with both characters at the same time. The only real reasons to do this is trading and enchanting. Can't have one character up in a ciTY scanning AH and one out leveling. That is against the rules.
-
There is always a reason. There are some false postives, no system is perfect. But, there is some reason you were banned. Something.was done that sent up a red flag. If you're innocent, it should just be a matter of allowing the appeal process to take place, proving your innocence, and jumping right back into the game.
-
	Yes. Quit breaking the rules.
-
If he is rare, how do you know he's missing? Also, this belongs in the bug tracker.

Your complaint is on no actual substance. Elysium doesn't "endorse" camping, they just don't enforce rules against it. They are willing to let the community deal with this. Streaming, not streaming, doesnt matter. Get someone to help kill them, log off, or go to the PvE server. Not sure what else you want us to tell you.
-
Yeah. It's allowed. Camping is not considered greifing. Call in some backup.
-
You did better than most if you had the 90g to spend. Now you don't have to buy it at 60. Grats!

Is anyone recieving any ideas as to why 100's too 100's are being banned?Glenzig replied to pestilencee's topic in Help & Support People get banned because they break the rules. Lots of people think they will just get away with it on private servers because they don't think anyone actually cares. When they get caught and banned, they of course feign innocence and put all the blame on the staff and the server. There are still thousands of people playing that will never be banned because they don't break the rules.
-
They only restore certain lost items under very specific circumstances.
-
You didn't use a unique username and password for your account on this server. You didn't bother to reset your password, even though you obviously knew how. You didn't care about your account security until your account was comprimised. You have already admitted to being hacked at least 10 times on retail. Youre obviously extremely careless with your account info. This isn't retail. All the accounts are free to make. You can make as many as you want. They aren't going to bend over backwards to keep your account up and running if you don't care abut it yourself. Account security, as it says in the ToU, is up to you. Your account. Your responsibility.

I comprehend perfectly fine. I know exactly why you started this thread. It wasn't to see if anyone e was having the same issue, as you clearly stated in your op, you knew full well other people were banned for this. This was a classic plea for community sympathy. When you dint get the consolation you were looking for, you started calling us all rude and incapable of understanding your posts. Sorry you didn't get hugs and kisses for doing something dumb.
-
Every time you post, you're just making yourself look worse. There are always tons of guild recruitments in general, trade, world. Most of them are for social guilds that would gladly take anyone. You're not a poor soul. You just didn't stop for five minutes to think, and now you want people to feel bad for your banned account.
-
You started the thread. Don't get mad if people point out your poor decision making. Mistakes often times have serious consequences. I have seen one rude reply. The others have been more or less pining out that instead of doing something thoughtless and asking to have your ban overturned (which would be perfectly fine with everyone here if they did), you could have taken steps to avoid both the guild spam, and a ban. If you're not happy with honest direct feedback, don't start a thread about it. Just keep it to yourself.

This random ban situation is getting out of handGlenzig replied to Tibs's topic in General Discussion & Suggestions Hah. NM. Stay banned. This guy buys like 1,800 gold and gets his guildies to not only borrow him additional gold, but start posts up defending him. What a douche.
-
This random ban situation is getting out of handGlenzig replied to Tibs's topic in General Discussion & Suggestions Guaranteed, the amount of false positives on this is very low. These guys aren't idiots, they know that gold changes hands all the time with nothing illegal behind it. They know that people use the AH. They know gold gets lent out between guildmates, gets mailed to alts, and all that stuff. If your account gets flagged, there is a reason for it. If there is nothing going on, you should easily be able to provide enough proof for that. Allowing people who are doing enough to have their accounts flagged to continue to play is not going to happen. That would be a bad move.
-
Who knows. Maybe they will be lenient. Can't really blame them for banning people that clicked the Accept button to a blatantly obvious gold seller advertisement. There are several ways you could have dealt with the problem that didn't involve accepting the invite. 1. Join a different guild. 2. Gather up some people and make a antispam guild and let people know they can join you to escape the spam. 3. Log off and see if there is some sort of filter for this.
