I'm all for these changes, but there's one thing missing. Hear me out. We all know that the portion of the population that actually has gold cap, and the wealth necessary to control the auction houses, is incredibly small in comparison to the playing population on this server. So. First, we give these wealthy rats of players an identification badge to be presented and on display at all times, so the rest of the population can single them out and ridicule them as they see fit. As time goes on, we should expand that necessary identification process to their friends and family, too. Eventually working our way to internment and work camps, where they can all pay their debts to the server, it's population, and the dev team, through hard labor. It will be brutal, soul crushing work, and many will die, but it's the only answer to this problem that I can think of.

Yeah, they're not discipline priests. Spriest is fun in PvE and 1v1, but a good disc priest in BGs is mo bettah
