There was no rep needed to unlock them, you could get them at any rep level, but it only worked for Humans on alliance side (maybe dwarves as well? because I never made one high enough).

As soon as you learn a new rank of water it is probably not going to fill up even half of your mana bar with one drink, but it does save you money. Race doesn't really matter, gnome gets 5% more int but they are very short.

Mage all the way, apart from polymorph or decurse, all you will do is spam frostbolt or scorch + fireball

Armor now properly reduces the rage generated from taking damage. Yay time for more pantsless raiding Goblin Rocket Helm now knocks the wearer down on use. Really nice Escort NPCs now have a smaller ‘help radius’. Thank god, those chickens jesus

Before I joined the server that my friends were on I made it to ~ level 11 on a priest by mainly meleeing everything in the area. I'm pretty sure it was the furbolgs in the north east that all grouped up on me for my first death

If the fresh server keeps the same timeline, looks like we will have 5 months from launch to buy them. DM east for mage farming won't be available for 3 months so I guess hunter mara runs might be one of the easiest.

I'll inspect all 6 of my 60 toons, see if they still have mail to collect, then just log off and wait for the fresh server.

Well if they let everyone who scrapes together 10 gold in the first month or so have them they won't be as special, but I guess they can't just switch the prices around because people would just buy cheap mounts then wait for the riding skills to switch back. Better that they just lock all mount purchases by needing the riding skill at first.

well I submit 3 accounts that all went through and I'm pretty sure only one of the emails was exactly the same. If they have an issue they will make an inquiry but it should work

same problem with comcast, just use gmail or hotmail

Worked fine for my first two accounts but it won't send me a verification email for my third one (a comcast email if that matters, not in spam folder), and yes I had a lot of bank alts. edit: nvm I guess comcast emails just don't work so I altered my account name a bit and used a hotmail email for it.

seems a lot better to join a vanilla server late than say a TBC one because with vanilla you will often see pug mc/ony/zg runs looking for people in just ok gear, yea there may only be ubrs runs where half the фекал is "RESERVED" but you will still get gear. Whereas with TBC if you go to an older server there are hardly any non heroic 5mans going on, and it might take half an hour to find 4 people for a lower level instance

I wonder if people will be spending time farming on elysium pvp in their off time and then find people who will do a gold trade like 2x1 from people who quit their nost pvp accounts, maybe not that much but scammers aside should be easy.

Only have a couple of my TBC screenshots from when I was messing around with my UI. My computer back in the day was dogshit and barely managed like 2-5 fps on most fights, <1 being common on some but luckily I picked mage as my starting class and only having to spam one or two buttons made it really easy to keep up; couldn't do any aoe fights though Here it looks like my Ui bugged out and I'm sporting some of my tier 1 for some reason And a more updated UI. By the time that I hit 70 there were only like one or two shoulder drops that were actually better than the mage T3 so I just decided to keep using them because they looked awesome, same with mish'undare. I regularly carried full netherwind in my bags to RP with.
