The 2 set bonus from PVP gear makes the head and shoulders bis. Ideal BIS set right now is PVP helm/shoulders, T2 Chest/Bracers/Pants/Belt, T1 Gloves, Boots of the shadow flame. The tier 2 proc isn't as good as it was on nost so full t2 is no longer bis.

Pretty awful play, no attempt at entangling early in fight, no moonfire until like a minute in. Who gives a вау if he pots? He's eight levels below and it's world pvp, should all the guys who use engineering be looked down on?
