The WBD folder contains information about the game and may get outdated with a patch or server restart. Deleting it will create a new WBD folder on lauching the game again, one which will contain the correct information.

Delete your WBD folder in your WoW folder and it should be fixed.

They READ the questlog, which contains information about where the mob will be found or what actions you need to preform, etc. Or they DOWNLOAD and INSTALL a questing add-on such as Questie. Which will give you markers on the minimap.

Vanilla WoW doesn't have questmarkers. Other than marking the questgivers if you have a quest completed. There are add-on's though you can use, such as Questie. And the questtext usually contains alot of information too. Goodluck

Hey fellow shamans, I am relatively new to shamans (mana classes in general) and ask advice for healing instances, as I don't have any experience.

I used healing wave rank 3 in BFD yester day, it was good to keep the tank up against the trash. But for the hard hitting bosses I resorted to rank 5. I used lesser healing wave as emergency heal. I had a 1300 ish manapool at lvl 26 and only got oom once. I used Smoked Sagefish buff and had manaspring totem up alot. Agian thanks for all the tips and opions! I am just trying to figure out what works for me.

I am leveling as elemental and its great so far. Shocks and totems bring versatality and survivalbilty to the table. Purge is usefull against most classes. I have no experience with paladins, but they seem to lack a gap closer and any form of reliable ranged abilities (not sure if it's true).

Early level 30 is pretty low for Libary and Armory. Unless you maybe find a high level tank and dps, you wouldn't find much players willing to group up with you.

I am levelling casually and I have no problem with falling behind or leveling a little bit slower. If you want faster rates, this is not the server for you. Not to mention people will complain about 1x rates for gold paired with 5x xp, if you level 5 times faster you will drastically out level your gear and will end up with very little gold to buy your spells and abilities.

You realize Darrowshire is the PvE realm and one of the few out there, for a private project 1,7k people on a PvE realm is pretty good. Yeah we took some hits in population with the hype ending and the recent debacles, but that does not mean the server is going to die with roughly 20k players online across all servers on average. We have more than healthy population.

Clearly people declaring "nostalrius has won" and " the server will die" have no true passion for the game. If you want to leave to project go ahead and bring your negativity with you. The hype died down and the Nost debacle had some impact, but keep in my mind this a voluntary project and people can resign whenever they wish. Over time populations will settle.

There are always plenty of Dungeons going on on Elysium PVP, I have had no trouble finding groups so far as dps/healer.

This really isn't the place to appeal your friends ban. You have been given directions to the proper place. As for the investigation process, I think it's best kept private, otherwise the cheaters will look for workarounds.

If you delte your WDB folder, it gets recreated once you launch the game again. You can always play it safe and copy the WBD folder out your WoW folder, so it's possible to restore, but you'll almost never have to restore it.

I use flametongue. Flametongue hits every hit, but I am using 1h+shield.

I think this is caused by stress on the login servers. If a lot of people try to login, the login server gets a big load. This results in the "stuck on authenticating" issues, some players experience.

The weekly maintenance seems to take 45minutes-1hr.
